I am a 21 year old kid. I came to the dealership excited to buy a new car after saving up my money, so I purchased a truck from Mike. After driving the truck for 50 Miles, the check engine light turned on. I went to the mechanic and I was informed that I needed to pay $4,000 to fix the truck. Mike clearly switched the check engine light off before I purchased the vehicle and took advantage of my inexperience in purchasing cars. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this dealership. read more

Just wasted 5 hours driving round trip to look at a van that I had called and talked to a salesman about at least 5 times prior to making the trip. I triple checked with the salesman that this was the extended version of the Sprinter and was guaranteed it was. In his defense, he was very polite and apologetic once I got to the dealership, but it is still unacceptable to sell a vehicle as something it's not. The van was already listed at $4k over the Kelly Blue Book value, but had been told over the phone that we could work on the price. So it's being sold as an extended van, but it's the regular length, so it's ACTUALLY listed at $6,000 OVER KBB value. Unacceptable. Again, he was very kind and apologetic but hopefully they've also got integrity and will drop the listing price now that they realize their mistake. There are times when you are completely satisfied with a deal, this is one of those times! To begin I want to thank my initial contact at the company, Ali, who helped me find a great chassis and platform build from. Ali was great, even though they didn't have the plumber box that I wanted he contacted his service dept. to see what they could do. That's where I met Mike, what a personable business owner, Mike said if they didn't have it they could build it! What a great concept, actually meeting your customers needs with customized solutions! With all my requests for my specific service box, Mike never said "no we can't do that"- He had his engineer draw up plans for my project, I approved them, left deposit and they were getting to work. Ali kept me informed with photos and text messages ( I live about a hour away) and Mike invited me down after the fabrication was complete to check it out. Upon my visit I had the opportunity to meet the shop foreman/ engineer, Frank, what a wealth of knowledge! Frank answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me.The truck looked great, the material and workmanship were impressive and I was excited to have my dream truck getting built to my specs. When everything was complete, I went down to pick up the truck- wow, it was great! Brenda in the office was nice and helpful, had all my paperwork done and ready for me and when my commercial insurance had questions, Brenda faxed and called them on my behalf to make the insurance transfer smooth and hassle free. We had a list of things we wanted modified, fixed or cleaned up before we made the final purchase and all were handled quickly and done well... Additionally, we had many questions on measurements and had to circle back to Ali many, many times...he always ran out and got the info we needed...which I'm sure was annoying.
