The good is that they're visible and accommodating. The bad is that I'm not certain they're any better than mediocre. My experience was "once and done", let me explain. I had a broken brake line in an older Nissan Pathfinder. First they said the line was too rusty to simply replace and if they took it on it would be a minimum of $500. I went to my regular local guy, for whom I had to wait a few days, and he replaced the part all in for about $100. In my opinion it's a matter of knowing your skill and ability. read more

Updated on 2/2/2025 I brought my 2008 GMC Canyon truck to this shop for a simple brake line repair after confirming with both the front desk and the mechanic that they could handle the job easily and charged by the hour. Before towing it in, I even identified the broken section and removed the wheel well cover to make their work easier. After two days, I received an estimate--not just for the brake line, but for new rotors, pads, calipers, a battery replacement, a brake fluid swap, and more, totaling over $2,300. Since I only needed the brake line repaired (a job that should have cost no more than $180), I informed them that I only wanted that specific work done. They refused, insisting that the front calipers, pads, and rotors had to be replaced as well. When they wouldn't proceed with just the requested repair, I had my truck towed back home. They charged me $82 for what they called a "diagnostic," but it seemed like they just looked at the truck, noted some rust on the rotors, and assumed the battery was bad when it didn't start. After charging it myself, the battery works fine. They also claimed my calipers were frozen, yet after getting the truck back, all four calipers, pads, and rotors worked perfectly. Additionally, when it came time to pay, I was told I could use a credit card over the phone but with an added surcharge. I opted to pay in cash instead, expecting the 5% discount advertised on their sign. However, when I asked about it, I was told it didn't apply to my charge--despite no indication of exceptions. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue I brought my truck in for, they pushed unnecessary repairs and refused to perform the requested work. This shop is dishonest. I took my car in for a check engine light. Before I agreed to let them fix it, I asked if they were familiar with car make and model to which the man said yes. He even mentioned to me that he was the lead technician at one of the dealerships and decided to buy his own shop. So I agreed to leave me car there and use this shop. Here's my issue with them- they never called me to tell me my car was ready. I had to keep calling them back every few days for an update. The guy behind the counter is useless. Then when I finally picked up my car, the check engine light came back on a half mile down the road. So I turned around and went back to the shop. They told me "oh we need to get our guy to come back and reset your computer. It's a special device only he has". I'm already down $1000 for the sensor they replaced so I'm committed at this point, so I agreed to come back when their guy was available to reset the computer. Fast forward to weeks going by me calling them over and over again to ask when can I bring it back to get the computer reset. They kept stringing me along. Finally I took my car to the dealer. They showed me the sensor this shop installed. First it wasn't an OEM part, and second it had pins that were bent. These guys not only didn't tell me they weren't using OEM parts, they installed USED DEFECTIVE part on my car. So dishonest! If you've read this far and are a Yelp user, you clearly care about where you spend your hard earned money. So please be wary of this shop. read more

I cannot warn you strongly enough to NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I write this review as a total "car guy", I love cars and I understand how they work. The number one most important thing I think we all want when we bring our cars to the mechanic is trust. Right? We want to know we can trust the people working on our cars to be honest and trustworthy. And for the shop management to be trustworthy and customer-focused as well. If we can't trust someone, or a business, then the easy solution is to not go there, not deal with them. The tech handling my car lied to me. Repeatedly. His name is Brian. Specifically? They replaced shocks and springs and suspension components at ALL FOUR WHEELS. When you do that, of course you need to align the car. It's common sense, it's so basic it's obvious. Well, when I picked the car up they told me "we didn't charge you for the alignment" as a courtesy because they took over a month to even finish the work!! Ok, fine. Well driving it home from the shop I noticed the car pulled strongly to the left. I contacted the shop and they said we apologize, bring it back and we'll redo it. So I brought it back. In addition they had recharged the AC and that too was a fail! So they checked the AC and said "oh, you need a new AC compressor." Really?! But ok. Just do the realignment. They said hey, I know you've been waiting here for three hours but can you let us correct the alignment when you come back for the AC compressor? Reluctantly I said ok. I bring it in a third time and the install the AC compressor. Oh... and at that point I'm informed "we can't do the alignment because the car is too low to put on the alignment rack." Wait, what?! Yep. They never did align it the first time! Brian lied and said to the guy at the desk that he test drove it and alignment was fine. No, it wasn't fine! And you can't replace the suspension parts and not align a car. Ever! There is even more to the deception and lack of integrity of this shop. But I can't write about everything. Look, the only reason I'm taking the time to write this review is to hopefully help someone like YOU know the truth, and to warn you against doing business with this shop. Of course not 100% of their dealings with customers will involve deceit and dishonesty. But clearly that's a risk you should be aware of before choosing this place. They are also one of the most expensive places out there, fyi. Their current labor rate is $144 an hour. And they charge you the full amount, based on the "book estimate" (which is put out by the auto repair lobby so of course it's always inflated) even when the actual repair time is much, much less. I heard other customers talk / argue with them about the shocking bills they were presented with during the many hours I sat in their dingy lobby waiting for my car to be done. Choose wisely, my friends. I wouldn't let anyone I know go to this shop. Not friends or family. Good luck. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! Just got ripped off a second time at this place. Had a fuel hose replaced. 7 months later... found out hose was installed under the alternator creating a hole. I wanted to have my timing chain replaced before it broke, so I tried to contact them on their website, and even sent them an email asking for a quote before contacting the dealer. No response to my request or my email, so either they didn't want or couldn't perform the work. Probably a good indicator of future work. Will be taking to the dealer. read more
