Tried loving this place but after multiple events it's a Neh. Got called by front office about a missing payment except it wasn't missing. Sent them proof, they apologized, no prob. Life happens. In a bit of time I was in between insurances while wrapping up my degree. Once insured again, I called them to schedule a visit with my new coverage, provided all the info, got the "we will confirm and call you to schedule" and literally never heard back. Got the hint and went somewhere else. Too many options out there these days to chase a dentist. read more

I am in town this week for a visit with my grandchildren visiting from Texas. I lived here seven years ago, and Dr. Brown was my dentist at that time I was able to get in and see him right away this morning. My crown had come off, which I had seated in Texas last week. We moved recently to San Diego from the Bay Area. We received a post card from the Drs. Brown welcoming us to San Diego and inviting us to come in for a Dental exam. I called for an appointment, it was time for both of our 6 month checkup. Everything went great. We both appreciated the thoroughness of our Dental Cleaning, little to no pain. They had facilities and staff that allowed us to both be seen at the same time. We both saw the Doctor and discussed the state of our dental health. He answered all our question and was very kind and friendly. They also took care of submitting the forms for our Dental insurance. Been going for 4 or more years now but first time having a filling. Don't get me wrong, you always get to see Dr. Brown, after the cleaning for a checkup. He is great! I opted for no Novocain, which is a personal preference. He assured me if I wanted or needed the meds would administer them. Well from start to finish was right around 15 minutes. I cannot express to you enough how amazing this office is. The team is extremely friendly and caring. Last week I went to Santee smiles just down the road (DO NOT GO THERE EVER FYI) and had a horrible experience. I quickly searched up doctor Brown and all these amazing reviews are well deserved. The hygienist took amazing care of my teeth and even gave me tips on how to use my new sonic toothbrush. The office is clean and welcoming and the receptionist Lanie is an absolute queen I love her so much.
