Eight of those years I have lived 11 hours away in Tampa Bay. That's just how good she is. She has been a hair stylist for 22 years and owned her own salon for the majority of the time. She is a master stylist and color specialist. You should see some of the bad hair jobs she has had to fix for me. My favorite thing about her is that she will never fry your hair no matter how badly you may want to be blonde or red. She will always say, "I'll fix it after you do it."

That's fine, but seeing how she did my hair before she should have informed me that it was 70$ instead of the usual 60. This is the 3rd time it's taken her 5 hours to do a job that takes 45 minutes. Then she has the nerve to charge full price! Had a appointment at 10:45 am, it's 2:00 pm and she hasn't even started twisting my hair.Then there was someone else ahead of me that she wasn't finished on while she was doing another clients head! I had work at 4 and I lived a hour away so I couldn't stay any longer. She tries to do multiple clients at one time which results in her biting off more than she can chew. I found the owner Inez (i believe is her name) very unprofessional and disrespectful not only to the clients in the shop. But also to the braider( miriam) who was styling my hair. Inez came in very rudely asking about towels. But became upset bc miriam had forgotten them. Sidenote, I personally saw stacks of towels folded in the cabinet. But she continued on to rant and rave. Leaving her own client unattended. Even after the stylist agreed to pick up the towels when she completed my hair. The stylist( miriam) ask Inez to please not do this in front of me and she began using strong language. Stating it was her shit and a she wont be checked by a bitch & her calling Miriam out of her name several times in front of myself and the other client waiting.The whole ordeal was unprofessional and could have waited until the shop was not filled with clients. Miriam, handled the manner with great respect. Considering how she was being treated. She even apologized for Inez and her behavior. Resulting in Inez getting upset with that as well. I would recommend Miriam to anyone. I loved her restraint and of course her work.But I will never step foot in Hair Tamers again if this is how Inez run her business.
