I found this business using Yelp. I called in the morning, Diana picked up the phone and she was very nice. I needed a short turnaround time for a gift to be delivered in the afternoon. I asked Diana to come up with a set with maybe white roses and lilies. I gave her a price target and she said she would take a picture of the final product before she delivers it. For my mother's birthday, I wanted to have a beautiful and elegant bouquet delivered to my her office. Diana helped me pick the perfect floral arrangement, and assured me it would be delivered to her, on time with my card. Diana and Fleur D'Lis created spectacular arrangements for our wedding a couple months ago. She did incredible work within our budget; she had the best prices of florists I interviewed (not to mention the most positive attitude, too!). She was even able to include some of our "wish list" items, including flowers on our cake and a spectacular carpet of rose petals down the aisle in an ombre pattern of our colors. I had sent her a palette of our wedding colors, and we discussed the mood and style we wanted to create over the phone and video chat (we planned the wedding 3000 miles away). Diana was very open to trying all different sorts of combinations of flowers and containers until we were happy. In our final meeting on video chat, she experimented with arrangements in front of us so we could get a real idea of what things would look like-- it was really helpful to visualize everything. She also made helpful suggestions on balloons that we might have out in front of our wedding venue. On the big day, she sent me photos of the arrangements before we'd even arrived at the venue. She was very much engaged and in touch. There was only one snafu: I thought we had talked about a toss bouquet, which didn't happen and caused some confusion during the reception (my misunderstanding? I dunno.), but it was a minor issue that didn't diminish what I think of her work. The first time I cried at my wedding was when I arrived to get dressed and she handed me my bouquet. I wanted to send flowers as a thank you to my friend who lives in El Cajon. As always, I wanted to use a small local business, so I turned to Yelp for recommendations. And am I glad I did! I was assisted by a nice and pleasant lady, named Diana, who helped me pick the perfect flowers. She asked a lot of questions about my friend's preferences from colors to style in order to be able to create the perfect arrangement. She even offered to purchase additional flowers the next day if there was something I needed but she didn't have in stock. It sounded like she loves what she's doing and really cares - always a reassuring sign! The delivery of the flowers and card was super quick. Diana was the florist for my wedding at the Coronado Community Center. She did a fantastic job at fulfilling my vintage romantic look with a splash of elegance. She placed flowers on our arch which were later transferred to our sweetheart table. The flowers were breathtaking in both locations. She also did mason jars which hung on shepherd hooks in the ceremony. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to hang the jars so Diana volunteered to take care of it- that was nice of her. They were later transferred to the reception. Diana's nifty multiple use ideas helped us save on a couple of arrangements. She's flexible like that. My bouquet was gorgeous. She had the perfect balance of pinks, whites and grays (for the vintage look). It also was very solid and weighed quite a bit. She wrapped it with gold and pearls- made it look stunning. All of the bridesmaids bouquets were equally as beautiful. At a wedding I saw these giant clear cylinders with silver rhinestones. At first I was trying to use my own vases to help with the vintage look but once I saw these I knew that was the look I wanted. Luckily, Diana had the vases available to rent and she wrapped them in gold rhinestones to fit our wedding colors- blush pink and gold. They looked stunning the day of the wedding with the flowers on top and added just the right amount elegance to the room. I planned my wedding from another city and Diana was easily available to meet with me when I was in town. I found this worked the best for both of us especially since my vision evolved over time and Diana was able to talk it out with me in person. She gets things if you clearly explain them. I never saw the flower arrangement before my wedding day but I trusted that she got my vision. And she did! read more

I had the pleasure of watching Diana create an arrangement on the spot. She is a true artist and created an arrangement I knew my wife would love. I met Diana at a bridal show in La Mesa and was excited to work with her after speaking at the show. When we first met prior to the wedding, I had no vision for what I really wanted. Diana was able to help me focus in on my theme and how the floral would fit in. Every time I had an idea, she would take it and expand on it. She even helped me find lace overlays that I wanted to use with my linens. She was responsive to all of my emails and was always eager to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She met me at my venues (I had a venue change mid-wedding planning) and used her professional judgement to help guide me. She was proactive in connecting with my venue to complete the vendor contract and worked great with my wedding planner. Her enthusiasm and high energy made Diana a pleasure to work with. In the end, she was able to help me realize a vision that I was thrilled with and that fit within my budget. On the night before the wedding, she sent me some pictures of the arrangements she was putting together. I am not sure if it was just the picture but some of the purple roses we were using looked wilted to me. I voiced my concern to Diana and she sent me another angle that looked better, but in the end she took it upon herself to remove those flowers from all of the arrangements so that they would be perfect. I'm a guy so in the past I've used flowers a lot for next day apologies. I never really considered quality. You know what I'm talking about, when you mess up and have to set things right. One time I had to include on the card, "Sorry I hit on your Aunt, but the wine just got to me and she reminded me of you. Don't worry, I love you and I only got to third base." Anyways I called Fleur and placed and order for a coworker and when they arrived they were nicer in person than what the picture looked like on the website. They even came with some balloons. The price was pretty fair, and even though the delivery range was a few miles away, I was charged sparingly.
