Well I was NOT disappointed at all and when my Aunt called me...she had one of the delivery people take a picture for her since she is NOT technically inclined. Later in the day a bouquet was delivered for a service that took place the day before, although the correct delivery date was printed on the card. Not only do I urge everyone NOT to use this florist, but I also suggest contacting a local florist when you need to send an arrangement, rather than use a company that outsources (1-800-flowers, for example).

I'm out of $100+ and I didn't get the service I paid for. The day was ruined. I'm likely to report them; you can't take someone's money and then not provide the service they paid for.
