I typically never write negative reviews, but I have been pretty bummed out with my experience so far. I reached out to Fleurs De France back on June 20th (ish). I heard back pretty quickly, but after that, it went all down hill. The last I heard from Jessica was on June 24th and she said that she would "be in touch soon". It is now almost 1 month later and I have heard nothing... radio silence. I have followed up via email and even text message and a phone call. I am really unsure what happened. As many know, it is important to book these vendors far in advance, which is all I am trying to do. Jessica did our flowers for our Healdsburg wedding at Madrona Manor in August 2015. Across all dimensions, she was the ideal person to provide flowers for us: * Her work was beautiful. I shared a pinterest photo of the bouquet I wanted and she copied it exactly. Our wedding coordinator said that it was the prettiest bouquet she's ever seen. * She's thoughtful. She gave us a hand written note with instructions of how to put on the boutonniere. She even put magnet on it for easy placement, and provided pins as back-up. * Fast, professional communicator. She's great over email and phone. We had to ask her to drop off the flowers 1 hour earlier than planned, and she emailed back "no problem!" very quickly. * Well priced. She was competitively priced with other florists, and was willing to be flexible on some items. She doesn't have a minimum spend requirement, which was great for us because we only wanted a bouquet, boutonniere, and a flower basket + petals. I cannot recommend Jessica more highly. My venue had recommended Fleurs De France along with a few other florists and from looking at pictures I really liked this florist. I have e-mailed and called several times and have not gotten one reply. When planning a wedding you need to book things in advance but I truly feel that this Florist clearly does not want the business which is such a shame for her. We worked with Jessica for my Napa Valley wedding, 5/25/15. Jessica is friendly, professional and talented. She responded quickly to all of our emails, texts and calls. The day of the wedding I never even saw her, I just showed up to the venue and it was BEAUTIFUL. Fleurs de France provided the florals for my July 2012 wedding. Jessica is amazing- we met at her studio/house in January 2012, and I really felt like she knew exactly what I wanted. She made my mom and I very comfortable and confident in choosing her as our florist. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. We had some issues with the boutonnières for the groomsmen and groom, as I had requested succulents to be used, and the petals broke off pretty easily. I wish she would've told me how delicate the succulent is and that it might not be the best choice for a boutonnière, but that really was the only issue. I absolutely loved the lavender tied to the aisle chairs for the ceremony, the centerpieces were perfect, and the bouquets were gorgeous. Fleurs de France even collected the florals onto their truck and brought them to the "morning after" brunch the next day (for a fee, of course), which was great to add some color to our brunch location. Jessica is awesome! I really can't say enough about what an amazing job she did on the flowers. She took exactly what I told her I wanted, which was very little, and put together the most beautiful and extrodinary floral arrangements. Not to mention she made the whole planning so easy. She enjoys surprising her clients and it really gave me the chills to not just see the table arrangements but to see my wedding bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets. She also was able to adjust at a moments notice. We got married at Auberge Du Soleil in Napa, where she has worked many times. The ceremony was to take place outside however it decided to rain that weekend. We had plans for flower arrangements outside on the railings, etc. When it had to be moved inside I was disappointed.....until I saw what she did to the room. It was set up in front of a fire place she had floating orchids and amazing arrangements. It was so beautiful! My wedding photos are so much better because of the flowers! When I first met with Jessica and told her what I wanted, she immediately got my vision and was totally in sync with what I wanted. In fact, browsing through her prior wedding flowers, I found a style I loved and she was able to replicate it, yet tailor it to the season and style of my wedding. Stop Looking - you've found your florist! We just got married at Trentadue Winery in Geyserville and Jessica did an AMAZING job! We met with several florists and Jessica was head and shoulders above the rest - she was the only one who really added some creativity and ideas of her own, and she created the most beautiful, romantic setting for our wedding and reception. We gave Jessica a general idea of what we wanted (colors and style of wedding) and she did the rest! Towards the end of the planning, I asked Jessica to add a couple of arrangements at the church - almost as an afterthought and we gave no real direction.
