After looking at my small inspiration board of photos, Cara worked closely with me to pick the best in-season blooms for my bridal bouquet. On the day of pickup, Cara had prepackaged everything really nicely in boxes/water and give clear instructions on how to care for the blooms until the next day. I'm still in awe of how pretty my bridal bouquet turned out...it was absolutely what I had envisioned and more. She made time in her schedule to see us last minute when we impromptu flew into town. Every time we spoke, she was prepared, and full of great great ideas. To complicate things, we really gave her an impossible task: making bride and mother happy with two completely conflicting images for the wedding. I wanted fun and unique and very thematic. My mom wanted classic and elegant. Somehow, she pulled it off. Both of us were so pleased with the flowers that day. Not only that but she really knows her flowers and has amazing range of looks. For the ceremony, we wanted natural and elegant to compliment and enhance. At the cocktail and reception- as I said, dramatic, fun, and elegant- which again she did. Not only did she design the most…read moregorgeous floral for our fifth year disco themed wedding anniversary party, she was also our coordinator and she made everything so incredibly easy. I could not have had a better experience, and my husband echoes by thoughts as well. When we first spoke over six months ago, we mentioned how much we love peonies, and even though they are out of season, Maria somehow found them. She also also painted holographic flowers to match the theme. When the floral was coming in, everyone commented how beautiful it was. The venue also commented that Maria should be doing more floral with them for their private events. As a day of coordinator, Maria and her team were incredible. We seriously did not have to worry about anything. On top of that, they also found these incredible outfits that went along with our theme and wore them and just did it. Not because they asked. On the contrary, I can't count how many wedding guests commented on the beautiful flower arrangements we had---- the special touches she did like putting a special rose called "the prince" in my brides bouquet, and having my boutonnier be "the prince" rose which matched beautifuly, and my groomsmen had very stylish ones as well. She is easy to work with, professional, and a true master of all things floral. I sat back and my (fiance at the time) and her mom went to work talking flowers, what they liked and didn't like, and Maria designed an assortment of ideas for the dining area, ceremony area, and beyond--- and made her vision into a beautiful reality that made our wedding extra special. I didn't know she was going to do this, but when the guests went in the mansion to dance, she took the flowers out of the vases and arranged them in to-go cups so guests could all take the table arrangements home with them.
