Friendly on the telephone. So much nicer to call a locally owned shop and not go through FTD or another service that's takes a big cut of the money simply for taking the order.

We recently contacted LV Flowers to arrange a memorial arrangement to be delivered to a specific location at a specific time. Since we would be unable to attend the memorial, we were relying on our first time experience with LV Flowers to appropriately substitute for our absence. We do not live in the immediate area so we used Yelp to identify a provider and took a chance with LV Flowers. The person taking our order was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, easily understanding exactly our request. We confirmed the order and handled the charges by CC via the phone. We couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service and the flower arrangement provided by LV Flowers. The arrangement exceeded our expectations and was so beautiful! LV Flowers really came through for us and I give them them my highest recommendation! Thank you LV Flowers.

I received two deliveries on my birthday that were ordered from LV Flowers and WOW! They were both stunning! I was super impressed with the friendly man who delivered them. After a terrible experience at Fromyouflowers, I called LV Flowers. At 3pm, I asked when the soonest they could have the flowers delivered. I was shocked to hear them say 430pm the same day. Gabby took care of everything on the phone, explained the flowers, and helped me select a card with a personalized message. Their pricing and customer service was great. I should have gone with a local business from the start and next time I need flowers, I will call LV Flowers. read more

My flowers went to the wrong address. But when I called to find out what happened I was pleased with the result. The lady was so apologetic for the error and promptly sent out another beautiful arrangement to the correct address. Mistakes happened but LV made good on theirs. read more

Placed an order online for Valentine's Day, received confirmation of the order. On valentines I called at 3 pm to make sure order would still be delivered and was told they cancelled my order for being too far. Did not get a phone call or email stating this, so therefore my wife didn't receive any flowers for the day. Pretty disappointing read more

Found LV Flowers on Yelp as I was searching for a local florist in Rohnert Park CA where my FIL lives. I wanted to send him a plant, but via a local florist, not an 800 number. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. LV delivered a plant to my FIL that day and he was very pleased. Would recommend this florist! read more

I've been using them for years and they were fives stars until the past couple years. None of there arrangements look like the photos online anymore. Purchasing from them is like getting a Big Mac combo, the picture is not what you receive. Oliver's has nicer arrangements at a cheaper price. They were my go to but not anymore. Sorry. read more

Ordered flowers for pickup at 10 today because I wanted a specific bouquet so I could not get it online. I get here at 9:55 the store is not open and nobody is answering the phones. Stayed until 10:05 even though on their door it says open at 9:30 nobody is around. So if you plan on ordering through the phone good luck if anyone shows. read more

I like supporting local businesses like this one, and a bonus they do a nice job so I recommended them to all my friends and family. I used them for all my flower needs but unfortunately I can no longer count on them. I was sent flowers for my bday by two people, both from LV, one arrived on my bday and another three days later. When I mentioned the flowers the sender was surprised her gift arrived late so she contacted LV. They actually lied and told her no we delivered them on the correct day. Well I have home security cameras, and sent proof that was then emailed to LV, they just ignored her second email. They could have offered anything even just a simple apology, but lying and then ignoring an email when they clearly forgot the order I cant continue to rely on this business. read more

LV Flowers did my wedding and EVERYTHING was fantastic! I was a little nervous with going with a smaller place but I'm SO GLAD I did! I showed Lupe some pictures of what I wanted and she did the rest! She even hunted down an arbor for me and got a great price for the rental! She also provided candle holders for WAY cheaper than if we had rented from a rental company. I saved THOUSANDS on flowers and rentals by going with LV flowers and still got the exact look I wanted! She did center pieces, wall/arbor decor, bridal/bridesmaids bouquets, boutineers and corsages. She and her staff came to the venue and set everything up with no extra charge. If you are on a budget (or just don't want to spend thousands on flowers) LV flowers is the way to go. Of note, they were not super responsive by email, but I just called the store whenever something came up and they were more than happy to help! Thank you Lupe!!! read more

I went here to get a small winter wedding bouquet for my somewhat spontaneous elopement xD Even though I came in only a few days before my wedding she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I can't remember her name, I feel bad I lost her card, but the Hispanic woman who seems to run the place was so patient with me. She went over all my flower options, suggested things I didn't even realize I wanted, and in the end I just put my faith in her. She offered to make a better bouquet with more expensive flowers for cheaper than the other florist in Rohnert Park, and she even threw in a matching boutineer for no extra cost! When I picked them up the night before my wedding I was so happy! It really was exactly what I wanted. It was arranged beautifully and the stems were tied in a gorgeous cream ribbon. They lasted for quite a few days after the wedding as well. Just a very nice experience, great customer service, beautiful product and for a great price. read more

I went into the shop about four months in advance with some pictures and specifics on flowers and greenery I wanted included and she had an estimate for me through email the following day. I needed an arrangement for a friend's book signing event, and per usual, it was a last minute request. I met with Anna and shared the color pallet, my budget and even showed her my friend's Instagram page for inspiration. When I tell you she delivered!!!! I walked into the event venue with those flowers, and all eyes were on me honey! Me and them flowers made a grand 'ol entrance. The delight on my friend's face let me know that Anna and I had achieved our mission! Get your flowers here. Everything is fresh. Flower Casita offers a variety of floral colors, textures, sizes, and scents. The arrangement made for my friend smelled divine, even my husband enjoyed the fragrance. Looking to elevate your home or office space? There is a subscription option to have a weekly floral arrangement sent to your home or work space. Beautiful space, there is ample street parking along with a garage across the street. I cannot wait to request another arrangement.

They were recommended to me by Luma Bar & Eatery, where we held the event, and I'm so glad we went with them! I shared a general description of the look and feel I was going for, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The arrangements were stunning--elegant bud vases lined the dinner tables and a gorgeous large arrangement graced the bar, tying everything together beautifully. The flowers added such a special touch to the evening and truly elevated the space. One of the best parts? It was all incredibly easy. Flower Casita handled delivery and setup without me needing to be there, which took a huge load off during a busy wedding weekend. Everything was perfect when we arrived. We were also able to reuse the bud vase arrangements for our Farewell Brunch a couple of days later, and the blooms were still fresh and vibrant--not a wilt in sight! If you're looking for a florist with great taste, dependable service, and the ability to bring your vision to life (and then some), I highly recommend Flower Casita.

By the time I figured out where to go it was 8 minutes until they closed. I called and Amy graciously agree to wait for me and make me 2 amazingly beautiful bouquets that I needed for a parade the next morning. She hooked me up with everything I needed since I had no materials with me to save my own hide. To my delight I found out she farms regeneratively. Talk about super great fortune to find someone who I can support and is working to make her piece of the world better!! She is super knowledgeable and I love the heritage farm style of flower arrangements.

This reply from Carlisle: "Hi Janice, We appreciate your order and feedback. We take great pride in our work, our team and the relationships with other local businesses we support. Sometimes this comes at a slighter higher cost for this quality of materials and labor. We are sorry you are disappointed. It is rare for us to get a message like this. It sounds like the other florist would be a better fit for you moving forward. Good luck to you! Carlisle and the Dragonfly Floral Team" Based upon the reply above, Dragonfly Floral will not enjoy my patronage in the future. I also sent a follow-up email reply specifically to the business owner, prior to posting this promised review. No further communication(s) received from Dragonfly to date. I will also post a pic (with a blue ribbon) showing an arrangement from a different, significantly less expensive florist for comparison, as I did in my email to Dragonfly Florist. I hope this review is helpful to others in avoiding costly, disappointing floral experiences in Healdsburg, California.

I learned of a happy event this morning and wanted to celebrate it with flowers. The challenge was the recipient wouldn't be available all day so I wasn't sure I could make it happen. I called when the shop opened, Mara described exactly what would be included in the bouquet, got to work on it...and had it ready to go in no time at all. She even sent along a photo. Gorgeous! As soon as one her delivery persons arrived, it was out the door. This may not always be possible but it worked out today. THANKS MARA!

I called from Texas late in the afternoon to see if they could deliver birthday flowers to my sister who lives there. I told the lovely lady (didn't get her name) on the phone my budget constraints and she obliged. We hired LV Flowers to make all the arrangements for my daughter's wedding. Everything was fresh and beautiful. Two weeks later, I still have some of the longer lasting flowers in vases. The wedding was two weeks ago, when we had the unusual week of rain. We saw a break in the weather, and moved the wedding from Saturday to Friday.
