It was pretty overwhelming to have all the kids yelling and screaming on top of the loud Disney ballads too. I really think playing some more chi music or maybe just at a lowered volume would be sooo much better. It was just too much. They had noise cancelling headphones available for use which I assumed were for kiddos who were overstimulated but mama considered putting these on just to drown out that loud music. She said that staff very rudely told her that she should have gotten there earlier. Her children were heartbroken. They did have some people, mainly teenagers with volunteer name tags who were very nice. My little adored the older gentleman who played with him. They had the upstairs set up really cute with a Winnie-the-Pooh exhibit. But unfortunately, they said that it would only be there for that day. They had friendly teens in that space playing with the kids. Admission is not worth it, but their membership is a good value because it includes other museums.

My son thoroughly enjoys every visit we make and I love that we are able to partake in pretend play with him as his mind and imagination grow! They have also just installed a brand new playground that is open to the public. The only downfall aside from being ridiculously tiny and feeling overcrowded when there is more than 5 parents in there is that you have to pay for a membership in order to use the facility. If the whole area was open to the public and not just the playground I definitely feel like we would make more trips there. But other than that it's a great place to let your children's minds wander and explore!
