This is a great place for the kids. It's huge with a lot of jumpy areas games and cool things to do. Super big full of entertainment. I sat back relaxed in the massage chair and watched my daughter flip around. Only thing I didn't like I got there after 9 and they charged me full price and the closed at 10, but it seems like people after me got in free or discounted. We went to surge to attend a birthday party that started at 10. Check in was easy and we had plenty of space at our table to celebrate. It was disappointing that not all of the areas were open until our party was almost over. The older kids were disappointed they couldn't do the zip line until the last 10 minutes of the party. In an unfortunate series of events this 1 star review is way overdue. Now up until the last birthday party I was a fan of this place but them being unstaffed really put my families safety at risk. And when I went to speak to the manager and general manager I was told I would get an incident report. I emailed the general manager a week after the incident with no avail. This place would be so fun if they had staff actually watching and dealing with unruly patrons. Now in no at shape or form so I expect teens to deal with adults who don't like to follow rules but there should be enough adult workers to when my child is getting punched by another patron a worker can intervene. Instead I had to nicely ask the kid not to punch my child while he was on top of him punching him. That led to 10+ angry parents trying to jump me because I "yelled" at their kid which never happened. But guess what not a single worker in sight. I've never been more disappointed with how an establishment handled unruly customers- honestly this was a first and the fact I left feeling unsafe and nothing was done I'll never be back. read more

My first experience at a trampoline park! It is pretty spacious and clean which I always like to notice anywhere I go. It's not that expensive and I think you get a pretty decent bang for your buck. The young lady that was at the front desk was nice and accommodating to getting us checked in. As I was at the desk, I noticed they have a concession area and an area for prizes which I suppose you receive after you play the games and receive tickets. The restrooms were n this area as well. They offer military and first responders discounts. They also have daily specials on almost every day except Mondays and Fridays. They just began opening on Mondays from what I understand. It wasn't busy at all, but I can imagine on weekends, it gets packed. They also provide socks with grip on the bottom. It appeared like they had a lot of activities some where roped off near the front. They have a small arcade section. They also have a playground area, different interactive trampoline activities and the soft foam pits. They have seating in majority of the areas. They even have a toddler jump area. We enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful experience. read more

I took my -year old grandson there for the first time. He enjoyed himself immensely. I will take him back.

My husband and I took our two grandsons here for the second time. They always have such a great time, and just before leaving, they will get another fun jump in. We have noticed that there were a few cubes that were dirty with black something, and one cube had something attached to it. I couldn't tell what it was, but it looked gross. Also, there were several socks in the cubes. they must have been there all night. We got there at 11:00, opening on Tuesday. Don't know how often all those cubes are cleaned for everyones safety. Even though we all had a great time, I don't know if we would return. I think the business should post when the blocks are cleaned. This proves to the public that the blocks are cleaned. Started ok, then we waited over 15 minutes for help with snacks and redeeming tickets. I'm fine with lines but the issue was there WERE NO employees to help us. There facility is dirty.... the restrooms were particularly nasty and one of them had bloody tissues in the sink and they reeked of urine and dirty diapers. The people who worked there all looked bored out of there minds and very unhelpful. I got dip n dots and couldn't get them open so I asked the lady that gave them to me at their snack stand if she had anything I could use to open it and she replied back with an attitude saying "No, most people just get it open i don't know what to tell you" this was very unprofessional it's not what you say but how you say it. This place is reasonably price (my child and i jumped for an hour for a little under $30 and that includes two pairs of surge socks that you can keep and bring with you each visit) There are plenty of options outside of your average trampoline park including arcade, wall climb, Dodgeball, basketball and obstacle courses. There are plenty of couches and massage chairs around so you Can easily keep an eye on your child without having to pay a fee to jump. The music is also nice (urban hip hop/r&b) we had a great time ! This place was very large and not busy when we went. It was pretty clean but the staff was so unhelpful!! We asked several times while we were there to do the harnessed activity but we're told when we arrived it was unavailable for 30 minutes for cleaning. No one ever cleaned it. We came back 30 minutes later and were told it was still not open. We were there for 2 hours and never able to do anything other than basic jumping. There were 2 teenage employees and that is all we ever saw. They played a game of basketball while we were there but definitely no help. read more

Highly recommend!!! The staff is really friendly and laid back (which is needed in a kid dominated jumping off the walls environment). My nephew had a blast! They have a range of stuff to do- jumping to shoot basketballs, jumping dodgeball, zip line, jumping games you can play solo or challenge , so much more!! We will definitely be back! read more

The jump pads in every area of the facility were dirty & disgusting. It is obvious they had a party the day prior & did not clean before opening this morning. Dried silly string was all over the place along with, old pizza crust, small beads, and an unknown sticky substance was all over the "Toddler area". The blocks as well. And they had three different obstacle course closed off Because "there wasn't enough staff" while they were three staff members on the main floor all on their phone ignoring. My husband and I Came here today visiting from california with our 4 adult kids and two grandkids kids and oh my god what a blast I had ! My husband being 60 and I almost 58 had just as much fun as our adult kids and grandkids ! This was so much fun and there was so much to do here as well ! We spent at least a hour and a half and oh man did we get a work out ! This place was reasonably priced - fun for all ages and the icee at the snack bar was delicious ! We went to this part today. When you walk in it looks massive. But I don't think they have the best staff. It didn't look like anyone was in charge. The rock climbing area and what looked like an obstacle area that you would walk across was not staffed. I thought maybe they were short-handed. Then I realized it half of the staff was playing dodgeball as you can see in my picture. I guess this is what you get when you hire teenagers that aren't serious about working and customer service. After they finished playing their game then they started going around collecting trash and then finally started Manning the rock climbing area. The above obstacle area was said that they did not have anybody qualified to operate that area. Bathrooms look like they hadn't been mopped in a while. Candy was on the floor. They also didn't have a lot of areas for people who weren't doing the trampolines to sit other than a picnic table that seems like it was going to fall apart every time we leaned on it. I've been here a few times in the past 4/5 years & each visit gets worse. Very first visit years ago was for my child's birthday party. Looked immaculate, very clean & attentive staff. After the shutdown of the pandemic, I enjoyed the few times I went just because of the open space but staffing was definitely an apparent challenge...fast forward to today...a very busy Saturday...there was a squirrel in the building that ran & took a dip in the toddler foam pit. Staff reacted pretty fast but I can't imagine who would be prepared to trap a squirrel on a regular day on the job. Eventually the squirrel is caught & taken out but a staff person mentioned that they've been calling animal control for days & the same squirrel has been running around the building. I don't understand why the building wasn't shut down until the animal was trapped or why every person wasn't made aware that a wild animal was in the building BEFORE paying their money. I can't imagine it's very sanitary after this experience. I doubt I'll be back. read more

My son absolutely loves Surge! We've visited all the other trampoline parks in the city and this by far is the best. There's a great mix of the trampoline obstacles the others offer but Surge takes the cake with the zip line and the ceiling obstacle course. Great staff that actually interacts and helps the children as oppose to talking to each other which was a plus for me. It was $52.00 for 2 kids and for 2 hours. We have been here before and it is a fun place, however this visit was different. Needing lots of cleaning!!! All floors were dirty, concrete and carpeted floors. My boys found multiple items in the pits. These need emptied and cleaned. We found a cell phone, water bottles, socks, masks and trash. In which we turned in the phone and disposed of the rest. The staff was slim and not attentive to the guests. There are several attractions still unusable and have been shut down all four times we visited. It is very costly to visit and would be nicer to have all attractions in working order, cleaner and attentive. We want to support this business but have higher expectations as a guest. read more

We love this place so much! The price is really reasonable, it's huge, and there are a ton of cool features. There's a small toddler/preschool playground, special trampolines and pit for those under 70lbs, basketball, challenge courses, a zip line, and so many other things. There's also couches spread throughout the area to rest and a small arcade. I like the way everything is included in one hourly rate. What I love is how friendly and helpful everyone is. We just had the easiest and most fun birthday party. Our hostess checked on us frequently and took great care of our group. They were organized and ready for us when we arrived and checked in. Definitely were lazy and complaining about how they wanted to go home instead of helping us with our harnesses.
