We've visited this park a few times in the past and decided to have a birthday party here for our daughter. They did an amazing job of keeping the party going and on time. Our party host was great at keeping the kids entertained when they weren't jumping around. Once you have a waiver on file you don't have to sign a new one. If you already have the jump socks, you don't have to purchase new ones; unless you want to collect the fun designs like we do . read more

COVID 19- How this business is handling it. Prior to arrival you must complete an online waiver. You need to purchase tickets for stick time, freestyle skate or the trampoline. There is a limited number of tickets for time slot. No public skating. All staff wear (or are suppose to) masks. We purchased stick time tickets for 12:15. Upon arrival our temperatures were taken at the front door. We then proceeded to check in desk and simply showed our barcode for entry. My son was assigned a specific dressing room to maintain social distancing. Our stick time started promptly. The bleachers in the skate area have specific x's to mark where parents/visitors should sit. The skate rink has a specific entry point and exit. I was very pleased with how this company is handling precautions and visitors well being. read more

What an operation! A giant ice skating rink with regulation ice for hockey, an amusement conglomeration of games and electronic machines, a small snack bar and lots of people coming and going. A very busy place. We were, outside of Columbia, SC for a hockey game. Grandson is on a traveling team, so we get out of town regularly to watch him play. The facility is truly a professional level ice rink. And baby, is it cold in the rink area. We have learned to dress overly warm when going to the games as just sitting and watching does not energize you so as to move around an create warmth. Bundle up, gloves, hat and scarf, along with a heavy winter coat. You might look stupid in July heat wearing this gear, but once inside you will thank your stars that you took excessive measures to be comfortable. Snack bar was sparse and disappointing. Coffee, soft drinks and some cookies and candy bars. Fortunately, there are usually fund-raising tables set up selling cookies, candy, chips and other snacks so you are not skunked out by the meager snack bar. Be prepared to spend money on the arcade of games. In our case the hockey player is busy doing hockey; but his sisters are a bit bored. Ahhh...the miracle of the arcade to occupy their time and to spend your coin. There is a free skating schedule and you can rent skates, get instruction and pursue figure skating and other ice-related activities. So interesting for us to find these facilities that are brought to us courtesy of our grandchildren. But you don't need grandchildren to come here. read more

Me and my three children were treated very unfairly and rudely at the ice skating on Christmas eve 2023. I'm a relatively small woman that arrived with 2 pre-teens and holding an 18-month-old toddler. We were all looking forward to a fun night. Instead, we met a large male assistant manager. I brought my prepaid punch card that we bought a couple of years earlier and have used since that time (including a few months ago) since there was no expiration date. When I tried to use the punch card I was insulted by the assistant manager as if I was trying to get away with something wrong and stated they would not accept the card any longer because it was bought before they owned the business. I naturally asked for the card back and planned to talk with the manager. He would not give it back. After a few more times of me asking he only gave it back after punching out over $100 worth of all the remaining pre-purchased dates over my protests. When a business is bought, the new owner takes on the obligations of the prior owner, the debts don't just go away. Even if a business is taken over from bankruptcy the new business usually honors future use cards just as the right thing to do. It keeps good relationships and really doesn't cost this ice-skating rink anything at all for me to use the skating time I paid for. While I was holding my infant and in front of my other children I was bullied by this assistant manager and he destroyed my card. I visited Plex on a Saturday night with my two children. The kids working were playing rap music, which when the message is positive, is fine. This music had lyrics like..."cookie smells like a mosh Pit...Rich Bit$&...shorty wants to kiss me but I know she suc**s...shorty wants to f***... I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. After about fifteen minutes of this with no change, I asked them to change the music, and they did. I should not have had to tell them that. There were many children there, not just mine. *Note...as I was leaving, they changed it back to the same music with kids from about six years old to about 15. This place is a lot of fun for people of all ages. It's a great place to get out of the house and do something physical for a short while. The ice skating rink is closed indefinitely, but the hiwire trampolines are a lot of fun. There's also obstacle courses similar to what you see on American Ninja, except more.... anyone can do it xD Physical activities help to reduce stress and trampolines are super easy on the joints and also help to strengthen muscles in the back and stomach, thus improving our posture. The best part is the price - it is only $13 per person for an hour. Don't feel like you have enough time to exercise? Now you have no excuse! They track it by the color of your wristband, so you usually want to come closer to an hour or half hour, otherwise you'll have to wait until they let in the next wristband colors. If it's your first time there, here's some things to know: - First sign a waiver at one of the machines, bring the waiver to the booth. - If you're not going to participate, you can request a white wristband. - There are couches for the chaperones with white wristbands to sit on. - Walk up the ramp and wait until it's your wristband color's to enter. - They have vending machines in the main lobby with the arcades. The machine with Gatorade accepts credit cards! - Have fun~ read more

This was my favorite trampoline park until today. I don't know what has happened since the summer. I took my 2 boys along with my friend and her daughter today. First thing that happened that is new and ridiculous is that you have to wear their jump socks. My friends daughter had jump socks from a different park which wasn't acceptable. Nothing was posted about having to wear their specific socks. Then as we were just beginning to pay for the massage chairs the caucasian boy with dark hair, and a whistle proceeded to try and berate my friend and I about the massage chairs and how they are for paying customers. Excuse me Mr. Power Trip with a whistle. You need to calm down. I am in the process of paying for it. Oh, and if you sit for too long without paying there is an alarm that goes off which sounds like a fire alarm. Wow. Somebody give this kid a less stressful job. One day he's going to come across a real Karen. So, why the changes? Why is security so tight? It's suppose to be a fun place. read more

Such a cool place to spend a Saturday. Where was someplace like this when I was growing up? They've got it all, and it's all run very organized. The trampolines are amazing. Lots of good jumping. Cool places to practice being Tarzan, karate class, hockey, ice skating, games, snacks, kids birthday parties, ..... you name it, they've got it all. Nice large clean facility. Went for first time today and it was "ok". Had an unpleasant odor, as gym environments usually do. Staff was pleasant. One of our group left in a wheelchair after hurting his knee. I feel the cost was way to high for an hour of jumping on trampolines. read more

It is a overall fun venue, but very out of date needs a face lift when i visited a few weeks ago we heard employees talking over the radio saying that there was a wasp nest under the trampolines and whenever the manager went to go and look he came running out, and screamed snake! This plex hiwire is amazing me and my mom and my friends have so much fun together and I love the ball pits there are so fun I just wish they could add a 12000008$AC it's so hot when I go in there and there are so many bullys so I would give this a five star but the AC and bullys got me so I'm going give a four star read more

My daughter had her birthday party here. The staff hosting the birthday was wonderful and attentive. However our room for the birthday was a smelly cement room with a sign that says woman's locker room on it. I mean for real? If my wife and I knew the venue was going to be in a room like that I would have never booked the party there. read more

Great fun for kids and adults. It will make you work out, but in an engaging way. You will feel like a kid..a winded kid. However music is very..well not young kid appropriate. In the last 30 mins there's been songs about big butts and tripping in clubs, and then one about stripping. It is not even 630pm and there are wee ones around still. read more

Me, my family and friends have visited this and other locations and never had any issues. But tonight I dropped my daughter off for one hour jump, cashier tried charging her for 2 and was not giving a receipt. Had her get a refund and came all the way back to pick her up. Spoke to manager LUKE about my concerns and he basically act as if it was okay, even after he admitted his cashier was in the wrong!! A customer should get what they ask for regardless of their age. The Plex Hiwire is really the perfect place for family fun. They have so many different things to do so there's something for everybody. My personal favorite is the ice skating rink. I currently take their ice skating lessons which are really fun and a great deal because they also include 8 skate passes. The staff are always helpful and you can tell they enjoy working there. The Plex has done an outstanding job of creating a great family friendly environment. read more

The employees were so pleasant and helpful. I went to the trampoline park with two of my friends, all of us 18+, we had a great time. My only complaint is that while we were still enjoying the trampolines, the employee began cleaning up because it was closing soon. The park closed at 9, but we felt rushed out so we left at 8:30 since they started cleaning up early. read more

Place is too hot and I wasn't even jumping. Not much to do, the kids got bored within 15 min of being there.

Kids jump on Saturday mornings is great for my 2.5 year old! He loves it and I don't have to worry about him playing amongst "big kids".

I have been here several times before with no problems but my visit today turned into a nightmare when I saw that my sneakers were stolen. Don't think I'll be coming back as I was told their cameras do not face the unsecured cubbies and was forced to walk out with just the hiwire socks on my feet and 2 vip passes that weren't even valid for the weekend just M-Thursday. For all the money you pay to jump you would think they would have a better security system. read more

i just wanna say. i went to my friends birthday party to ice skate and it was very fun, but i love shanna. she has like the best and most entertaining personality and it really wouldnt have been as much fun as it was if she wasnt assigned to our party. i would totally come back again and i think she handled everything really well and knew what she was doing and was very nice and social and just made the party 1000x better :) read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I haven't brought my grandkids here in over a year. The facility is fithty and in need of repairs. The padding is worn and dirty, the foam blocks are filthy and worn. Wont be back until this place is cleaned and repaired. read more

Our church group had an amazing time jumping at HiWire. Everyone that I had contact with prior to and the day of was super supportive and accomodating. The only kink we had was, that since multiple groups were checking in at the same time as our group on this particular day, we had a few extra kids charged to our total and it wasn't realized until after we left. After inquiring, I never received a response back about the extra kids that were charged. So just my advice, keep track of how many are definitely in your party before paying so that you do not have any extras charged. read more

Great place to expel some energy! We visit the trampoline park when we go to HiWire, and it's always a lot of fun, but definitely exercise as well! First, you have to sign a waiver (basically saying you will not sue if you injure yourself) and then you need to buy special non-slip socks. You have to have THEIR socks, not your own from home, so be prepared to spend extra money on that. There are drink machines and snack bar in case you want a gatorade, water, or food. In terms of food, think pizza or chicken fingers, something kids would be ok with but not necessarily what an adult may want. There is a small area for young children only. There is another area with lots of trampolines in a grid, and a separate area (with netting) for kickball/dodgeball. There is an obstacle course, foam pits to jump into off of a trampoline, a trapeze swing into a foam pit, and a few other things. They also have an ice skating rink on the other side of the trampoline park. I've been to it twice but a very long time ago, so I can't provide any relevant info there. read more

Plex is such a let down compared to the previous company Iceland, customer service is beyond terrible and during a 5 hour public skate session they only zamboni'd the ice once prior to the skate session. Employees are to lazy to do there jobs. read more
