I really had a great time here this Sunday! The crowd was so kind and pleasant, the music was excellent! The customer service was excellent! And I appreciated meeting Mrs. Kat she was so awesome and welcoming and she's also a skating instructor offering classes on Thursday evenings at 7pm! I appreciated witnessing the gentleman in the back taking care of the skates, the skates were in like new condition. all around, a great way to spend the evening having great fun with family and/or friends and actually doing something healthy too! Amazing customer service, the woman with the red hair went above and behind to make this an amazing experience for my group.

I used to come here often, until a recent experience I had here. They did not have rollerblades in my size, and the pair the next size up was broken. I needed a size 8. There were two staff members working at the rental desk. One person tried to find the next available size, a size nine, while the other person suggested a size 11 for some reason. The other staff members kept suggesting sizes much bigger than the closest size they had. The size nine rollerblades kept unclipping and were very unsafe and dangerous as they almost fell off. read more

Good cheap fun for the family. Rare around these parts nowadays. The roller rink itself is a nice long rectangle what looks to be epoxy flooring. It glows blue and has cooler vibe than regular wood rinks. There's a little small rink for practicing all your moves too. Nice little snack/concession stand too where the burger was surprisingly good for a little snack shack ran by mainly teens. Can just sit back and relax, or skate the whole time. The owner is usually there behind the DJ stand or walking around saying high to people so you know it's a hands on, family friendly business. Everyone always has a good time here. There's a little mini golf part too though I've never played it always there to skate and a jungle gym area for toddlers and what not. Some arcade games off to the side. Real solid spot. Big screen tv usually has the most important game playing too. Watched the Rams vs Seahawks there while skating. Was great. Didn't have to miss the game to go have a good time with the kids. read more

Ok, so the outer area once you get into the 2 doors are safe. They do a scan of you before you get into the rink. It's chill, not a big deal. It was a mix of we don't really care, this is just a part time job and pretending they care about your safety. They have 2 rinks a practice rink and an actual one, and it's not really a rink at all, but it's nice to skate on. I really enjoy the decor and walls of the place. It's nice. You have to pay for storage in the back near the skate rental, 1$ an hour. Entry fee is 12$ and with the rental of 4 blade skates is 15$ with roller blades is 17$. As other people have commented, the staff here are very rude. The DJ doesn't take requests outside of familiar faces and the skate rental people are busy flirting with customers instead of helping you, and the skates smell a little. I mean, it's fun, don't get me wrong, but I probably wouldn't want to come back here in the near future unless it's for another friend outing and they make me. Also, if you have epilepsy I wouldn't recommend coming here. they have disco and flashing lights. I think it's a multicolor strobe light, so if you're light sensitive, be wary. But the colors and decor of the place is very nice and reminiscent of an 80s or 90s childhood. read more

Good local skate spot but not actually a rink so expect a rectangle. If you're expecting disclosures at the door, they will charge full price no matter. Huge puddle of water which took out 1/3 of the rink bc you can't really skate in an oval direction. At that point it is skate cautiously. Food is subpar but we get the pizza so can't really screw that up. If you're there to watch...haha they will charge...seems to be standard but kids skate cheap and if you bring ya own skates, not a bad place to let loose and listen to some tunes...other than that I don't have a comparable so this is the standard . Did a private event and met the owner Terry; he was so welcoming and warming! He took requests for our playlist recommendations and ensured our beginner friends on tips to skate and how to fall. If y'all want a private party, call up Terry to schedule a time! He was super flexible and accommodating! I got to learn that he is a Veteran so it's super nice knowing that I can support a Black-owned, veteran-owned small business! If y'all want to get out and feel safe, this is the place to have fun! I had a blast at our private event and know that I will be attending the adult nights in the near future for more music and skating. Who doesn't love a great skating place! Clean fun friendly and reasonably priced I spent about $100 and everyone had a great time. But we will not go back because it's over 100 degrees inside and if you skate for 5 minutes your miserable and on top of that the music is uncomfortably loud! Skating for the kids was fun, but there should really be someone on the floor to regulate rules so no one is hurt. Kids are skating in all directions w/ little to no structure.Customer service for food could've been a whole lot better. The employees working the food station were disinterested. I came here for the first time about a month ago and then twice since then. Upon entering I loved the music they were playing. The owner is very nice. It was the first rink I've ever been to, I'm new at roller skating I only started in February 2021! Admission is $10 if you brought your own skates and $12 if you're renting. I saw that if you're not skating they charge you $6 which I think is a bit strange personally. I didn't get security checked like the other reviews stated. I love the vibe inside it's nice and on the darker side. There are two skating areas. The main one and a smaller one if you want to avoid the crowd. The rentals (my bf rented) are golden horse skates I was very impressed they were decent quality. Cons / things I would change: 1.) some parts of the floors on the rink are uneven and bumpy 2.) it's hot as balls..they know we're moving around and skating so they should make it colder in there...they have a couple fans plugged in but it doesn't make a difference. Not sure if their AC is broken or they're just cheap because I saw one of the thermostats and the AC was OFF!! No wonder I was sweating bullets 3.) the skate rink should be bigger. It gets crowded fast because the rink is on the smaller side...they closed for renovations and had just recently opened back up..not sure what they renovated since I'm new but they should have worked on the rink considering they have the space for a bigger floor. 4.) having to pay $ not skating... I think that's bogus and seems money hungry. If I was a parent taking my kids to the rink and to sit on the side to just watch them I'd be pretty annoyed. Good thing I don't got kids LOL read more

Great Soundsystem, nice and clean, it really does feel like a family business. And it's veteran owned! We always have a blast.

Our Grannds had a grand old time. The facility was spacious and clean. My only problem was it took forever to get the food that we ordered.

The decorations are "purty" (my girlfriends description) but the floor is pretty small and rough. It feels like the epoxy wasn't applied correctly. the DJ was pretty annoying, vocalizing over the music. I say vocalizing because often it was just noise, not actual words. Of the 3 roller rinks in Jacksonville this is my least favorite. The price is lower than the other 2 so if cost is more important than enjoyment level then this is your rink. read more

I had a lot of fun rollerblading. #GForce had a lot of fun skating. I look forward to seeing what the empty spaces will be. They had good, fun, age appropriate (aka effectively blooped out) music. TSA Security upon entering threw me off but considering the location I get it I guess and I forgot all about it until I left lol. Just weird seeing my 7 year old mini getting wanded down. The place was clean and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean too. We were there for a party. My mini pretty much stayed in the kiddy section until she felt comfortable coming to the regular section. I spent the bulk of my time on the rink dodging falling kids, shifty teens, jerking adults, and big behind balls. It was a blast. I fell 0 times. Yay me! The owner was there and was funny on the mic. A hot dog even skated on the scene. An overall fun experience. read more

When you first walk in you need to pay to go inside and also rent skates. Then when you go through the doors to the skating ring you are blasted with loud music and not in a good way. But the place is super big! You can walk all the way around the large skating ring with a few arcade games. And there is a smaller skating ring in the back that is great for kids and beginners with railing around. Unfortunately they didn't have the assisted skate walker thing to really help my kids skate around. After my son fell so many times, he was so upset that he didn't want to skate anymore, so my husband ended up taking him to their mini golf thing to the side? And later my other 2 kids wanted to do the bounce houses in the back but there were teenagers that were a little rough. But the worst thing for us was how extremely hot it was inside! I assume it didn't bother the other people much because they were busy enjoying skating? If they had air conditioning and some assisted skating tool to help my kids, I would be more than happy to go back again. But we would buy our own skates next time instead of renting. read more

Super fun place to skate and take the kids. The hours are very short for the price but it's fun!

The skating is great but Don't play the arcade because it's a ripoff. The games tell you a large number such as 86 points and spent $10. Accumulated over 400 game points and on received 42 points when cashing in the card. We came here for skating and go carts as listed on Facebook and they don't have go carts. 2 stars because it's veteran owned otherwise it would get one. They don't play skating music either just a bunch of heavy rap music inappropriate for children. read more

My kids and I have been here twice. We loved it! It wasn't crowded either time which made skating easier, as we didn't have to dodge too many people. We requested certain songs to be played and they were more than happy to play them for us. This place is very clean, which is always a plus. We also liked that the rink and the main floor were level with each other, making it easier to transition from one to the other. They even have a smaller rink in the back for the littles to practice on! We didn't have any food so I can't speak to that. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and friendly. Went skating here for the first time today, loved it! The rink and venue are beautiful, very spacious and clean. The rental skates were very clean as well. Sound and lights were top notch, and every one of the staff members I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. I like that there is an additional little rink, great for young kids to have a place to learn without getting tripped over. The trip costed a bit more than other places in town I've been to, but the overall experience was so much better, it was well worth it. Me and the family can't wait to come back! read more
