I would give this a 1.5/10, if possible. I've heard good things about this place, but our experience was horrible. We had a reservation and arrived but were not greeted or asked about our reservation at the host stand for at least 20 minutes for no apparent reason. We finally got to our booth in which that wasted time on their end counted into our 90-minute session. We ordered a few drinks which were fine. We played some darts which is very fun and they have such a cool system which we all enjoyed. This is the only reason for not giving a 0/10 rating. The servers never came back to check on us again and we pressed the "food/drink service" button many times to no avail. We went to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to be told that the server would be over shortly. This took another 10 minutes. This happened on BOTH of our occasions of ordering. We then split the checks and left. They "weren't able" to give us receipts either when our bills seemed absurdly high ($400 for 5 people in 1 hour). Later, we found they charged us once more for some other ghost charge we never figured out. We tried to call the next day to again ask for a receipt or itemize the charges for us but they told us they were "too busy" (11am on a Saturday doesn't sound like a busy time either). We called again later with no answer. We left it at that and took our losses. Obviously, we hated our experience. Please do better. I haven't had an experience like this in Cincinnati in my 4 years of living here. read more

This bar is insanely, obscenely overpriced. I ordered a well bourbon old fashioned. They charged me $13 for the liquor and a $3 up charge for the old fashioned. What they failed to mention was that their old fashioned is only simple syrup and a small orange rind. There are no bitters and no cherries. They also do not muddle anything. Yet they still have the gall to charge $3 extra. I had one item off of their Bites menu, one specialty cocktail, and one well bourbon cocktail and ended up spending $50. I may work across the street, but I will never be back to this bar again. read more

Honestly, we didn't have a good experience. No walk in dart playing on the weekends, make sure you have a reservation. We sat at a table and had the worst waitress I've had in a long time. It was a party of 6. Never refilled our water container. We ordered food and drinks, all average. The dirty martinis we ordered had zero olive juice, it was just a martini. We ordered calamari that never came out. When we asked about it after everyone was finished eating, she told us that the kitchen just informed her that they are out of calamari. This was like 45 min after we initially ordered it. Never given any silverware, we had to flag someone down for that. I'm certain I probably won't be back. There is potential though. read more

Our first visit was on a slow Monday night. Despite there being an event at the convention center, we were only two of a few tables in the whole place. We started with dinner and drinks at the bar. Our bartender was warm and welcoming and quick to serve us. I selected their Jungle Bird cocktail(if you come between 4-6 Mon-Fri it's only $8!), one of the best tropical cocktails I've had in a while. We split the corn ribs, Parmesan truffle fries, and buffalo chicken sliders, all of which were very tasty. There were plenty of televisions for World Cup viewing. The whole place feels like a very nice old English pub(fitting since the brand comes from the UK). After dining, we checked in with the receptionist at the entrance and she put us up in one of the personal gaming areas. These areas are spacious and could easily fit ten people and their drinks. There aren't any seating areas with a table right near them for "dining" but it would work well for shareables with a group. The dartboard interface was easy to operate and ran mostly without glitches. They make it really easy for you to self manage any issues. There was a wide variety of traditional and then more interactive games. The turns went very quickly with just two people and probably would've been a better pace had we had a few more in our group. The icing on the cake was being emailed the scores and some videos that are taken during play! They have certain hours that they are 21 and up only but allow all ages most of the time. So... we were just driving through downtown on a Saturday night after a long exhausting day. My old man bladder was calling me so we parked in front of the Hilton so I could run in there, and then we checked out Ice Skating scene. On the way back I noticed we were parked right in front of a place I'd never been before - Flight Club. We peeked in, received a nice greeting from the host, noticed that the vibe was good, so posted up at the corner of the bar and watched the SMU/Arizona game. While there we enjoyed some very good food and drink. I had the Snapdragon, which was hit the spot. Very refreshing! She had the Sage and Stone Sour (actually 2 of them, so you know it was good) We also had the BBQ chicken flatbread, and the Meatballs. Very delicious! Flight Club is relatively new from what we were told, it has great ambiance, is a "kinda" out of the way spot, and the service and management was very cool and accommodating in dealing with some post construction dust near where we sat. SO MUCH FUN! Our office happy hour group all really enjoyed our time at Flight Club. We had three oches for 18 people in the back right corner and it felt like the perfect space for us. Awesome spot. The decor is truly so cool, like a circus with all the lights. Drinks were an art piece. Friendly staff. The darts were so cool they probably have about 5 different dart boards that you can reserve or just have the hostess sign you up when you get there. Really neat. read more

Yal can leave the old league shirts at home . No dingy dart boards hanging here . This place is upscale , the device was fast , all the eves were diligent . They checked on us and explained the Games. The food was very good to me bar food . I had wings and truffle fries and chicken sliders . The drinks fell flat , which wasn't a total bust for me since it helped save money . They do have a happy hour from 4-6 which makes it worth a try. The different dart games were so much fun and allowed us all to have a moment to shine lol the food was fresh and very flavorful. We went on a Sunday mid day so of course we had to do mimosas. The space is perfect because you're not right next to other parties. It really felt like I was at someone's home shooting darts and having food and drinks. What a cute place! I stopped in for drinks with coworkers and was impressed with the ambiance. We tried the Al pastor mini tacos which were tasty with a little kick! However they are 2 bite tacos and not enough to get you full or barely share. We also tried the ricotta dip with baguettes which was so delicious! For cocktails, I had the fields forever which is their version of a strawberry margarita. While it was very good, the cup was filled with more ice than cocktail. Flight club was super fun! I went with my daughter before the 6pm cutoff where it becomes 21+. The oches are very nicely appointed with all sorts of games... and video replays that caught awkward dances after bullseyes. The helpful attendant explained everything, so we were able to get started right away. We especially loved the limbo game. After having no aim at the beginning, we started to get pretty accurate by the end of our 90 minutes! The food we enjoyed less than the games. The pretzel bites came with a beer cheese so odd I didn't know what it was until I referred to the menu. The fries were passable, but nothing special. We didn't have drinks on this visit, but I imagine those are the way to go. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Flight club would be a hit for so many occasions- after work gathering, hangout with friends, or even a chill first date. And it was priced well for how much we enjoyed our time. Have had fun when going, but my main concern was that apparently they have mocktails and alcoholic cocktails with the same name and do not clarify when taking your order? I only looked at the zero proof part of the drinks menu (because who would think they have to cross check their order?) and had what I thought was a mocktail until my husband mentioned that something they added looked like alcohol. I assumed it was the NA alcohol bottle until I checked the menu, saw they have an alcoholic cocktail of the exact same name and then later felt the effects? Really uncool to think you're getting something without alcohol and have that happen. Honestly seems like an insane liability. read more

Walked in to purchase a gift card for a bridal shower and was charged gratuity without knowing. The manager personally hit a percent of tip (22%) without showing me, turned the iPad for me to sign and took it back. Never even saw the final total. A few days later, I noticed my bank records showed a higher amount so I called and the same manager told me "gratuity is added to all purchases, you must have selected a percent". Which I told him I did not, so he must of himself, that is fraud. I never received a service, walked in for 2 minutes to purchase a gift card and the manager tipped himself. This was a fun place, the perfect amount of time for my group was the 1.5 hours you get with the darts. I will say their drink menu is quite pricey. Though they have some interesting drinks that I didn't mind trying but it wasn't enough to get me to come back. The service people were friendly and attentive. We stopped in hoping to grab a quick drink and the experience went downhill almost immediately. The security guy at the door was oddly unwelcoming and basically implied we were out of luck without a reservation, even though we walked in and immediately found two seats at the bar. It was busy, but nowhere near full. We ordered two dirty martinis and waited about 25 to 30 minutes while standing right next to the server drink pickup area, which was complete chaos. Servers were constantly confused about missing or incorrect drinks, and it felt like nothing was organized behind the bar. We watched a server taste a drink using a straw, put the straw in her mouth, then put the same straw back into the drink. A total health violation and enough to make us completely uncomfortable. Our bartender repeatedly forgot what we ordered, started making our drinks, stopped midway to fix someone else's order, then came back to them. I watched her pour maybe a half ounce of vodka in the martinis. Unsurprisingly, the drinks ended up being almost entirely olive juice and vermouth. The bill was $36, which felt wild for what we were served. To make it worse, olives were handled directly with fingers, a lot, and when my drink was handed to me the bartender actually said "oh shoot, there are pieces floating in here." She scooped out some basil with a spoon, handed it back, and there were still bits floating in the glass. There were more staff members than I could count, yet not a single person seemed to know what they were doing. The whole thing felt like watching a poorly run chain restaurant during a meltdown, not a bar charging premium prices. Definitely not a place I'd return to, and unfortunately not one I'd recommend. read more
