He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do.
