"…read more I ordered several items on line from my Kohl's account totaling about $165.00. 2 weeks after I ordered, Kohls sent me an email stating that everything had been delivered. But that was incorrect ! Two of my more expensive items I ordered never showed up, and Kohl's still was charging me on my credit card for my orders which did not show up. I had used $20.00 of my Kohl's cash to purchase my orders and Kohl's was not going to give me my kohl's cash back to me. I called Kohl's corporate office several times and nobody seemed to care or knew what they were doing. So I got very upset and took the other items in my order I received back to the Kohl's store. I asked to speak to a Manager at the Beaumont Kohl's store. Kameran Meyer the Store Assistant Manager was so nice as he listened to my story about what happened and how Kohl's took away my Kohl's Cash and messed up my order. Kameran told me that he would reorder all of the items and give me my $20.00 Kohl's Cash back to me. He said he would also give me a Big discount % on my total order price, because of all the trouble I had with Kohl's. Kameran really cared about me ! He did not try to blow me off because he was a manager for Kohl's. He wanted to do the "Right Thing " for me the customer, and was upset that Kohl's had treated me the way they did. I was blown away at how nice Kameran Meyer was to me, and what he did for me. Kameran also gave me his card, phone number and said for me to call him if anything else did not go well. Several days later I received my new order and everything was fine. Several weeks later I went to use my $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon that Kameran gave me for another order, but noticed that it had expired. At the time Kameran gave me the Kohl's cash coupon back, he did not inform me that I would have to use the Kohl's cash that quickly. So I drove down to the Kohl's Beaumont Store and spoke to another assistant manager because Kameran was not there that day. I spoke to Sara Conte the Assistant Store Manager and told her about my detailed story that happened to me. Sara was also so nice, and did not hesitate to take the $20.00 Kohl's cash expired coupon that Kameran had given to me and upgraded it to another valid $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon. Again Sara also really cared about me the customer ! Breecie O'Neal the Store Manager should give both of her Assistant Store Managers Kameran & Sara and award for taking care of their customers, and making their Kohl's store in Beaumont so good. Yousef's styling and selection of accessories for suits and formal wear are a mile above the rest. I've typically gone to large box stores or chain menswear shops, but I was referred here by a friend of Yousef, and it was the best recommendation I've had in a long time. Walking in, you can tell this isn't some cookie-cutter operation. Yousef has lots of displays with style cues and arrangements to help spark ideas. You're not just grabbing something off a rack and hoping for the best, you're actually putting a look together. His selection is great, including wool suits, and the tailoring is high quality and reasonably priced. If he doesn't have exactly what you need, he's willing to hunt down the pieces or make them bespoke if necessary. That kind of effort and skill is hard to find. I drive about 25 minutes from out of the area, passing up a number of shops just to get here, and it's worth it every time. Whether you're a seasoned suit wearer or the reluctant teen heading to prom, this is the spot. Yousef isn't trying to gouge you. He wants you to walk out looking sharp and feeling good about what you spent. This is one of those family-run, pride-in-the-craft kind of places that deserves the support. I figured we would take our chances and see what he could find. I was pleasantly impressed! We walked in and was greeted right away and asked a couple questions. My son did go in knowing he wanted blue but not 100% set. The guy grabbed a certain blue jacket and my son loved it. Then I asked for a shirt and pants and we also got a bow tie. The whole process took us no more than 20 mins. He did ask my son if he would want to get anything tailored, if so he can do it right away! I was absolutely amazed! He knew my son's sizes just from looking at him, was very helpful and nice! He steamed everything so it was all ready for prom this Saturday!
