This Lucky Brand store is located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets mall in Cabazon. The service was exceptional. I received great advice from Valerie in a friendly, no-pressure shopping experience. The selection was amazing. Being larger than others, I don't always find a lot of variety in my size. However, this store had sizes for everyone including me. Since it was an outlet store, there were some very attractive discounts that made the trip worth the drive. read more

Terrible customer service. I went to return a pair of pants. Ordered them online, tried them on at home and did not fit to my liking. Drove to the store and asked to return them. The employee VALERIE accused me of wearing them out and washing them and then trying to return them. She said, "I've been doing this a long time, I can tell." I told her I didn't wash them and the tags are all on, all I did was try them on once. I was confused and then very upset at her unprofessional and irrational behavior. I drove 30 min to return pants and then Valerie was accusing me of lying, giant waste of time. Do not go here, shop else where. Very unfortunate experience. read more

I love the fabric so I am disappointed that the tailoring is poor. One front pocket top edge turns out, the black trim always showing. The other pocket is fine. The zipper cover is convoluted, exposing some of the zipper. One leg cuff is also turned up while the other is fine. Yes, comfortable but looks very second hand after only one cold wash. Great deals on jeans buy one get one 50% off and flannels 50%. Friendly staff and very assisting, however, the boyfriend and i couldn't really enjoy our shopping experience with constantly being approached by employees, "do you need a size, are you finding everything ok, try this on, how did it fit, i can hold this for you at the register, etc. etc." im guessing it's commission or quota. Idk. We were originally assisted by one of the young lady, but her sales were stolen from another young lady that helped me at the last minute :( sorry. The service here is great! This one store attendant was very patient and helpful. She brought half a dozen pairs of jeans for me to try on and recommended different styles and designs. They are one of the few places that carries short inseam jeans for ppl with short legs like me. The size selection is not as good as the regular stores tho. read more

Be careful when you buy here. Despite the posted placard in their store the receipt can have instructions that can make returns difficult or impossible. I got two jeans and despite being the same size one was defective in the length; considerably shorter. I had already tossed the receipt four days earlier. Despite showing the store my bank statement the store manager was unwilling to override the transaction and let me exchange them for a properly cut pair of jeans. read more

We just happened upon this place on our drive back from California on a lovley afternoon. This is a bug Outlet Mall that is even still being bulit. It looks like they are going to have even more high end Outlet stores here. They do have great service, we had the pleasure of being helped by Rachel. She was really helpful and found us all our sizes. I ended up getting 3 pairs of jeans and Teresa even got a pair. They were really nice, a pair or 2 I tried on were a bit off with bad stiching. But, the ones we ended up buying seemed to be perfect. Thank you so much Rachel for all your help. Lots of parking for all the great stores. It is a nice place to stop and look around ,stretch your legs and buy some great things. One thing though, the address is wrong here it is 49400 Seminole and it is just called Lucky Brand. I absolutely love Lucky Brand Jeans!!! They are some of the most comfortable jeans and they come with that lovely "Luck You" stitched in right behind the zipper... LOL This was my first trip to Cabazon and I was trying on some jeans. The fitting rooms are simply stalls in the back with huge denim drapes. Unfortunately for me, a little girl wandered in to my stall thinking that she can take pictures in there-- well, that was awkward. I was fully clothed, mind you, but this has happened to me before (read my Burke Williams, San Jose review). Anyways, the store is dimly lit and the usual pop/rock music was blaring. They have great sales there and I managed to snag 2 pairs of jeans for $70, which is a steal for these jeans. read more

I used to love Lucky Brand clothes.. though their quality has gone down hill fast and their styles are more grunge then cool.

I've been in here several times, and service is never lacking. On my most recent trek to Desert Hills, I had a super experience. There was a sales associate who greeted every person who set foot in the store. Sometimes the selection is a hit or miss. This time it was a definite hit! They had soooo many jeans that were $19.99! Of course I didn't drive 80 miles to leave empty handed. I had to resist buying every pair in my size and only walked away with one pair. There were a few cute tops and hoodies; sadly, though, they didn't have my size. :( There was also this really cute bag that was an additional 40% off. Again, I had to slap my hand and move along. I can't wait until we meet again Lucky Brand outlet. I heart Lucky! read more

Great service!!! Staff was very knowledgable on the correct size, length, and various washes. Very helpful but not pushy or overselling like some other places I've been to. Left with 2 great pair of jeans that fit like a glove! That's enough for the 5 stars alone! read more
