He quickly brought them out, laced them up and put them on for me. I told him I wasn't used to such good service. He said that made him sad. He really knew a lot about running and running shoes. I felt blessed that he was the one that was able to help me. They didn't have the size in the shoe that I really needed. I was so impressed with his service I ended up buying a pair to use to walk around in. I know I probably overpaid for them but the service was so great I didn't mind. I wrote his name on a piece of paper when I left but I can't find it now. He said he was about to run "The last man standing race." I felt good about the purchase and would highly recommend this location.

I then waited by the dressing room with numerous amounts of items in my hands, not knowing they were unlocked. Finally someone walks out and says you can just go in. Once at checkout again I waited over 5 mins for anyone to even notice I was up there. Attitude and personality go a long way and not one associate had a positive attitude. I'm just saying lack of employees visible to a customer can probably cause horrible LP issues in this store.

I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. She asked how much we wanted to pay and we asked if she could check our balance. She explained that she had no way to see anything about our account including balance, hoe we were supposed to be getting our bill, our billing address or anything to do with our account. Really? She was very rude and should not be in that role. The message about her not having the ability to know anything about my account was not her fault, her attitude was the problem. I will not shop at that store again.
