I went to this dealership intent on purchasing a used 2023 Honda metropolitan moped with 5,300 miles listed for $2500. Upon talking to several of the staff, including the owner they settled on an out the door price tag of $3400. You can purchase brand new 2025 Honda metropolitans with 0 miles with the included $300 destination fee for $3100 which is exactly what I decided to do. When giving them the opportunity to match the price, they quickly declined. If you value your money at all, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! They heavily overcharge in an attempt to pocket as much cash as possible to the extent that only a fool would sign their name off on a purchase here. I once had a stellar review of this bike shop, but recent events have changed my views of this shop. I scheduled a tire change three days in advance no problem. i even brought my bike in two days prior. Needless to say, my bike was only touched to only bring it inside... i give them that credit. What struck me as disappointing was that it seemed like the associates at the service desk were too preoccupied with their personal conversations to even acknowledge that I was there. Oh, they saw me, but I guess I wasn't important enough to interrupt their conversation. Eventually, i did get assisted and gave my keys up. The next day When I called to check if my bike was being worked on. The very same 'Services attendant' who scheduled my appointment was unaware that my bike was there already to be serviced. when i asked more about if my bike would still be worked on friday, suddenly she found the note from when i dropped my bike the day prior. Before i got off the phone with the service tech, i asked if my bike would be worked on Friday, and i got the confirmation it would be. however, when i came to pick up my bike, NO TIRE CHANGE... Go figure... I simply asked for my key and took my bike. I don't know what happened in the last couple of years with the quality of service, But it's a far cry from my last experience with the shop. I bought my vtx 1300 from them oaid cash. First week of November 2020.. Got my bike end of December 2020. Said they replaced battery...if they did it was used battery. Said they replaced plugs..if they did they were used lol.Not funny. Then the title was not clean. Prior owner owed taxes on it..had to pay his back taxes to get my tags straight.. First off customer service was absolutely garbage. Felt awkward standing around while waiting for the only person out of 9 people to do an state inspection. Upon the inspection they failed me because of my back rear tire which I was planning on getting replaced and they knew. Another employee commented as I was paying " you failed him? Your an asshole". I am now fighting with my financial institution to find out where the check "Tom" from Flipmycycle mailed to. I came in put my bike on consignment and 2 weeks later it sold. I am still waiting for the bike to be paid off. My financial lender said they are going to charge me late fees because they haven't received the payoff check. I already went out of pocket for a so called NC inspection sticker, I am not going to pay anymore money. I should not have to deal with any of this BS from a reputable shop. My bike was offered to be consigned or purchased. Due to my circumstances, I wanted to sell. I was made an offer and after a little negotiating, agreed on a price. The guys offered to come and pick up my bike, 2 hours away. (this was very nice and super convenient for me, the seller). Only snag was a mutual agreement as to how my bank would get paid (as my bike still had a loan on it). Was NOT pleased with the initial attitude I got when I stated my need to have the bike paid at the time of pick up however, my request was met and all went smooth. Just an FYI for your dealership.....employees need to conscience of other employees who may be on the phone with customers. I heard the F bomb dropped several times while on the phone with the lady in titles. While I am not offended by this language others could be. Just doesnt sound real professional. read more

The staff is friendly enough, and really seem willing to help. But, DO NOT BUY A BIKE UNLESS IT HAS BEEN CHECKED OUT BY A THIRD PARTY MECHANIC. The bikes are checked to see if they're running, and that's really about it. I went there for a bike, because I needed a ride, period. They helped me get one, worked with me on the down payment, blah blah blah. As soon as I rode it home, I figured out it had some issues, well, I purchased the bike, and they've now had it longer than I have! Getting bikes fixed in a timely manner doesn't seem to be a priority, as I was told it would be sent to another shop on a Saturday, and didn't make it until 3-4 days later. I'm still without my bike, my sole ride, and they've seemed to take their sweet time. These guys are great, I purchased my 1200 custom there then immediately ordered pipes and apes for it. The company I got my bars from sent me the wrong bars that didn't quite fit, flip my cycle was still able to fabricate them and put them on and make them still safe to ride. These guys went above and beyond on helping me get my bike they way I wanted it. Their shop is not only there to help you customize your bike, but also make sure it is safe for the road. Their sales guys were great too, they stayed after their closing time to ensure I got riding the day I bought the bike. Truly great and honest guys there. read more

Standby for a long winded review. I was looking for a place that offered consignment to sell my bike for me, flipmycycle was NOT my first choice. I initially found another dealer/consigner also in Fayetteville Mutt cycles I believe. I reached out to Mutt and my efforts were utterly useless as they did not respond, their loss cause I brought 2 bikes to flipmycycle as they responded and want customers unlike the other guys apparently. One of the reps, Jose, picked up both my brother's bike and my bike within 2 hours of first contact. I was a bit hesitant about the whole consignment process but I was assured if I changed my mind I could pick my bike up at anytime. I did change my mind less than 24hrs later and figured the most profit I would yield would be a private sale. Reached out to Jose to let him know the deal, he was of course upset (professionally upset) but understanding and said no problem come pick it up. Within an hour, one of the owners, Jason, reached out to me to see if he could make me happy. I respectfully declined his FAIR offers. About an hour later, as I was about to go pick up my bike, Jason called me again made a better offer, I still declined and he made me a final offer to BUY the bike from me at my private sale asking price. I of course accepted. I was asking a private sale price that was fair, but it is a pain dealing with tire kickers and window lickers. Jason and his staff made me happy and made sure they made a deal that was mutually beneficial as there is plenty of room for profit on my bike for them and it is out of my hands. Long story short, good guys here I highly recommend checking them out for consignment trades or sales, they have a surprisingly large selection of bikes for a small location. read more

I live in Las Vegas and was interested in a 2014 suzuki burgman 650. So I decided to purchase and hire a moving company to pick it up. When I finally recieced it it was dirty and old duct tape marks around the bike. It needed a wash bad. I started to ride it home when in 10 mins it started to overheat, especially stopped on lights. When I got home, I started to check out the coolant it looked bad it was brown and the motor oil was black. The dashboard said it needed a oil change the bike had 18000 miles so I bet was never changed. After flushing the coolant it still overheated so I changed the thermastat and so far it seemed to work. I have to buy fenders and body parts to ged rid of the duct tape marks. Of course flip my cycle did not respond nor ask me how they did. Please never take this company word for it they never checked nor saw this bike. If they did they would have never sent that bike to me looking like that. They claim they check the bike, thats so far from the truth beware of this company by the way this bike looked like they flipped this bike several times on the ground so the name fits. read more

This place is 100% a scam. They give you a great deal on a bike, make you think you're financing it, and only after you sign a contract do they tell you that you're actually leasing it. While tacking on a 40% APR rate- and getting around the fact by calling it a "rental fee." We specifically asked the OWNER twice if the price he gave us with the "financing" was the total- and he said yes, twice. When we got the paperwork for motolease, it told us with the interest and everything else that it was actually going to be three times the previous amount. DO NOT come here if you are not buying a bike in cash. They are not financing for you and they have no issue lying straight to your face. On top of this- they use their veteran status to try and make themselves seem more trustworthy and upstanding. I had these guys selling my motorcycle that was without a scratch on it. They had the bike for almost three months and kept telling me "ohh I'm taking it to the next bike night and I have had a lot of interests in it." I let that slide until I realized they just were feeding me a bunch of lines and I sold it myself. I went to pick up my bike and there were scratches on the right side of the tail from someone scrapping their shoe down it. Also, I was in the back with my bike and the "hang arounds" were back there just sitting on customers bikes as if they were their own.
