The bigger gentleman with glasses and the red-brimmed hat was incredibly friendly. My sandwich was accidentally made without the sliced cucumbers, and he immediately took care of it, no hesitation, just great service. But what impressed me most happened afterward. I watched him hand an older gentleman his sandwich and simply say, "We appreciate you." Those three words really caught my attention. You don't hear that kind of genuine appreciation enough anymore.
