Even if I'm the only customer there, my order can take some time. But that it to be expected as I assume they are frying the fries fresh. And I figure they might have a lot of phone orders. So just be prepared to wait, but it's worth it in my opinion. They have relocated. They used to be in the parking lot of an auto shop across Denny's. They are still on the same street. However, they are in a parking or of a liquor store. I usually go to the liquor store while I wait and grab a soda since the Javi's only has aquas frescas.

The prices are great, the food is consistently solid, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a mix-up with an online order on a day they weren't open and was still charged. When I called, they got back to me within five minutes, explained exactly what happened, and made it right without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Because of that experience alone, I'm a loyal David's Tacos fan. Highly recommended.

I've tried the california burrito (a favorite of mine in San Diego and so happy to see it here in Turlock), the chimichanga, the quesadillas, the tostada shell taco salad (one of my favorites), the tacos, the queso birria (another favorite) and everything has been way better than I expected. I grew up on Silva's next door, but found this place one night when it didn't have a line (bc it's new) and I was in a hurry and I'm so glad I found it! Better flavor, bigger portions, better prices (I remember when a Silva's burrito was huge and $3.75). Can't go wrong with Los Dos Plebes! Absolutely delicious!
