It was still in the box with the factory seal and they wouldn't refund my money. They have a lot of cool stuff there but their customer service sucks and I won't be going back. Since we had our kiddo with us, he also mentioned that on select Saturday's the store has new free comics for kids and also gives free comics for good grades which I thought was a great incentive. You can find classics like Archie to newer titles in here. They also had a little sticker bin which was well-stocked with One Piece stickers which got my family excited. We also looked into purchasing some early reader Pokemon books while in there, but opted to wait until our next visit. Over all, the price of everything seemed reasonable and again, Jesse was very helpful and a welcoming face!
