Passed by this and had to stop by before heading back to Fort Worth. For a small store they have a large selection of funkos, figurines, some cards etc. reminded me of some shops in Japan the prices aren't bad either for funkos and they offer $5 posters as well. I just want to start off by saying that I'm all about buying anime stuff but this store has really cut it for me. I bought a funko thinking that it was authentic but after looking closer to one of their "vaulted" items i then realized that I was sold a fake funko that they charged me for about 180. I have never been so furious in my life. So if they can sell me a fake funko for that much imagine what else in their "vaulted" items are fake as well. Down below I have attached pictures of the real and fake L / Light Funko. As you can tell older funkos should not have a serial number on the bottom of the funko head, but the one they sold did. Another issue was that the serial number on the bottom of the box did not match the year that it was manufactured at the bottom of the pop feet as it should. The bottom of the box said 18 which started the number serial but the bottom of the foot said 2017. This if for the pop L. Compared to the real Light pop, The actual pop did not have a serial number at the bottom of its head. The serial number at the bottom of the box of the real pop matched the bottom of the foot manufactured correctly indicating that it is a real pop. Also another note no deathnote funko was ever manufactured in 2018, they were all made in 2017. So that just shows that they sell fake pops. BE AWARE!!!! So overall, this store is a scam. Don't trust them. If i could give them a zero and get my refund i would. read more

I feel bad buying a poster from here as I don't support shady bootleg selling businesses but I ended up getting a poster anyways as the art had no watermarks or indication of being stolen. I love seeing more anime shops popping up but it's a huge no go for collectors when there's bootlegs They have a section labeled for the obvious fakes but I wouldn't ever trust a legit figure when they sell mixed fakes as well. Also sell bootleg Samantha Vega sailor moon purses. The tsume art bootlegs they have on display aren't labeled as such (it's obvious but it's clear on google others aren't aware of the bootlegs). My only issue besides them supporting and selling them is not having them at least completely and clearly labeled out on the display stands. On the plus side, the store was extremely clean with no dust anywhere. The lighting was great and it wasn't freezing like it is in most stores. I have gone in here, a couple of times now and they haven't been open very long (first time, think they said it was their second day open). They have some really cool stuff. I just wish they had what I wanted to buy for my wife (she loves Vegeta from DBZ, but they had nothing for Vegeta when was in there a couple of days ago). But they do have a lot of really cool collectibles from many different animes and such. So would I go here again? For sure. Each time went, they had more items, but once again, they haven't been here long and think a lot of their items are imports which can take a while to get through customs and arrive here read more

Came in this morning about a hour after opening walked in no greating at all OK cool. As I walked around looking all 3 employees walked by me never asking did I need help, it's a pretty small store and I was the only one their at the moment. Besides the horrible customer service everything seems overpriced the least they could provide some type of customer service. read more
