Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. Dennis and his gang came in early to set up and even helped us in setting up the tables when they noticed that we were running behind schedule. They gave A LOT. For the price of all those items I rented them for I was expecting the servings to be small but in fact they were the opposite. The halo halo for example was the size of a regular halo halo you would find at a restaurant. The cotton candy was bigger than the size of my head. All the adults and kids really enjoyed them. They also stayed longer than the time I rented them for and even saved the take down of the bounce house for last because the kids were still enjoying it. Dennis and his gang was very friendly and quick with their service. At the end of the party, they helped us with clean up too! I'm so glad that we used them. I highly recommend Santos Party Central and will definitely use them again in the future

They also have a HUGE range of items at a good price. The 1 star is for the horrible signs outside their business that they subject the community to. The signs used to be witty and fun but now they are sexist, rude, low key right wing, and not funny or related to any of their products. Hundreds of people and Mo'ili'ili commuters are stuck driving by their stupid sign every day. Please just advertise your business or have someone post taglines that are actually funny instead of cringe or offensive.

Gwen and Denise were super friendly through all the stress of planning and very accomodating with the changes we had to make. We were allowed to cancel a large tent two days before the event when it appeared that the weather would hold up. The workers showed up promptly that morning and busted 'okole setting everything up just as we asked. Then they showed up promptly at the end of the night, busting 'okole again to take everything away. The whole time, they were pleasant and respectful. Accel will be at the top of our list should we need event services in the future.
