Until like other movies theater the movie started on time, no sitting through 30 minutes of previews. Seats were comfortable and spacious. Theater was clean and didn't have any smells. Always have a great time at flippers. Not your overpriced theater. Big game room, food and drinks are a decent priced as well. On a Thursday evening for a premier movie at 4:10pm one adult one child 2 drinks and a mall popcorn $25. I also bought a game card $20 with 100 "coins" ( machines cost 2-8 coins a play). Service is never excellent, since is mostly run by teens and young adults. But it's never to the point of getting "bad" service. read more

This is my place to go for movies not crazy prices like the big names. They have a real nice arcade and a concession stand that sells everything for you to snack on while watching your movie they have various rooms and stadium seating without paying like I said cray prices. read more

I'm always down for a local venue to thrive especially in this economy. Came to this theater with my kids. The seats were a bit too big for my kids so we had to move closer to the screen for them to enjoy the movie. The seats were comfortable and the theater was clean. The price for tickets was amazing especially compared to other theaters. This theater also has an arcade and more food items to choose from. We had popcorn and soda and prices were super reasonable. (Disclaimer this was the most recent time I ate anything here September 12th 2023) (I use to work here so I'll try to not be biased) I got the mozzarella sticks and Marianna sauce the mozzarella sticks are good warm were made right usually always were there frozen from a food service company but the marinara sauce is really really good they make it there in location it's pretty tasty the food is good I've had almost everything on the menu through the 7 months I worked there it's all good just EXPENSIVE I'd suggest just like getting something at dollar general or something cheap here like candy it's good and the tickets are decent prices but definitely not the best movie theatre that's out there I believe if I'm correct the mozzarella sticks are about 8 but sometimes some of the nice cooks give it a bit extra :) I miss the employees here but I hope this review can help out in terms of cleanliness it dosent hit the mark the staff does really well and they work hard but man what customers don't see is a whole other story I won't get into but I really just liked the marinara sauce when I ordered this I'm gonna rate this review a 3 stars hopefully this helps anyone looking for insight into this location, have a great day (This review was written in a general format of all my recollected knowledge from this experience) read more

Flippers is one the rare non-chain movie theaters left. It definitely deals different as you walk in and there is a hundred kids running around playing video games and collecting game tickets. The arcade that is the from of the theater is great for a game of air hockey before a movie. But the atmosphere is chaotic, even by arcade standards. The theaters, such as the one I was in the other day, are small, hollow acoustics, and stiff chairs. But they are clean, a sharp picture and bargain priced ticket. My son went here for a birthday party and he had a blast not only because he's a kid because he doesn't like the movies . He loved it because of the nice arcade room that they have it's HUGE in his words . I can't post pictures you guys because I only took videos but I was able to purchase over 20 tickets before space jam came out although they don't open until after 2 when I went at 12 because someone Named Alex that works there gave me inaccurate information it was okay . This is the kitschiest movie theater I have been to! Brought me back to my childhood weekend movie days. The theaters are old, the tickets are cheap and there's a huge arcade that has tons of old and new games. There are pool tables and a huge game system room which is something new to me. This theater has come a long way in the last 10 years. There are updated arcade games, a decent snack bar, a bar that serves beer and the seats in the theaters are soooo comfy and big. We Have patronized this theatre for over 10 years. (Raggedy seats and All) It was usually a good inexpensive outing. Recently, (They got New Seats) I had the worst experiences trying to see 2 of the Movies they featured. Their recording gave one showtime for the 'Little Mermaid". We went there to discover the doors were locked. Several other guests showed up as well. Locked doors. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later to see "Indiana Jones" at the time given 'on the' recording. Went in to buy my ticket. Was told that that Movie was sold out. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and one was mine. I questioned the Assistant Mgr. who said a camp was suppose to be there. I asked how was I to know. Claim that the timeframe was not on the recording. I said to Myself 'Did I dream it up? I Asked for the Manager. A very unprofessional little guy who said he was the owner approached me asking "What's the problem?" Not 'May I Help You?' From over 50 Years of being confronted with racism, I knew this guy could care less about Me or My complaint. As we started to speak, he turned and begin walking away! In the middle of me speaking, he said what I was telling him was not true and he needed dates. I advised him I could get a date based on a charge on my debit card. He shook his head and yelled back at me that I "wasn't telling the truth". With that I Knew that only JESUS could win this case. So I stopped talking and left. read more

Cheapest theater in the area..it's not the most modern, it's not the most elegant..but for the price of the movie tickets, it's easy to take your family out for a movie night and it doesn't cost $100. The wings are great here! Skip on popcorn and go for wings or pizza, yeah you may be "that person" that filled the auditorium with buffalo smell but you will be enjoying some really good wings while enjoying your movie. For a date night, this place can be convenient because there's a large array of arcade games, prizes, even a game room filled with consoles to play on. I Usually come to this theater when I want something local and the movie I want to see is not playing at Ridge. Yes, it is OLD. There is no stadium seating (but oddly enough I think the seats are rather comfy!). Yes, on weekend evenings it is overrun with sometimes loud, unruly teenagers. That is not the time I would really want to attend this theater unless I really had no other option. But on a Saturday afternoon it was quiet, and the perfect place for an outing for me and my 10 year old son. A cheesy movie and then some games with one of my best guys - what an awesome day! The place seems to have been cleaned up quite a bit since the last time I was there. A couple of guys were also always attending to the games. If you lost a token, there was someone there to immediately help you. Dave & Buster's it's not but honestly, the games section is a step up from Kaboom's (cleaner & probably fewer "claw" games) The prices for the movie & food are cheaper than the chain movies. There is also a variety of food to eat & tables to eat at. There are burgers, chicken sandwiches, and pizza, among the usual concession fare. In the past I have tried the pizza and I was pretty impressed. It seemed like pizzeria pizza and not like frozen microwave pizza. You almost feel like you are stepping back in time when you enter this theater. Would I frequent it all the time? No. But I do hope independent movie theaters remain open. I love this place! Please note that this review is focused entirely on the arcade, and snacks/food items only. While some may be put off by the low lit atmosphere and the bright and flashing colors from the bulky arcade games, that was not the case for me. Flippers 360 has a *huge* arcade where you can find a plethora of video game machines. This family entertainment haven boasts that it has over over 80 video games where anyone can find a game just for them. When I was younger, my favorite game at this theater/arcade was Dance Dance Revolution. I could play there for hours. I usually come here to play games at the arcade and not for the movies. The prices for tokens is pretty epic. I have purchased snacks from this center multiple times because the prices are very low. I have enjoyed the nachos, cotton candy, popcorn, and chicken fingers... This is a very interesting theater. It is a small neighborhood theater. They have the usual box office selections playing at convenient times. Being that they are in a large shopping area, there is plenty of parking. Walking in took me by surprise for a moment. It was full of screaming kids and teenagers. There is a large video game, and indoor sports area for kids to play in. I guess this is good for parents who need to keep their kids active outside the home. They must of changed the seats because I didn't have an issue with them! Watched The First Purge last night with a relative. It's not a 5 star movie theater by any means but I knew that coming in. Relative and I played a few arcade games and gave away our tickets won and left over tokens to the kids. The manager was also accommodating and fixed our concession error. I didn't have an issue with the "audience" as some other movie goers. It IS summer but I guess I'm "closer" to the age of these teenagers..They made the movie more "comedy" like if anything.
