The Kid Wash also allows kids to rinse off before and after class in a fun way. I really like this gym a lot. I love the indoor track and there are always open machines and…read moreweights. Here are my issues. I feel it's expensive and I wish they were open 24/7. I work late a lot and by the time I'm done the place is closed. For the price, I feel they should be open late or all the time. Another issue I have is that they don't provide towels. Even $10 a month gyms provide towels to use. My membership is up and I'm thinking of renewing but at this point I doubt that I will. Besides being expensive and not open late enough, I was yelled at by an entitled elderly patron because I was using a machine that she wanted and I was "taking too long". She stared me down while I was doing my set and when I took my 10 - 20 sec break in between she kept harassing me telling me that "people don't take breaks" and that I needed to get off the machine. I told her to leave me alone and she started to curse at me. I informed the staff twice about her but nothing to my knowledge was ever done about it. I don't feel comfortable going here anymore knowing that other people can harass you but the staff just lets it happen. It's a shame because the place is pretty nice to work out at otherwise.

I said it's for MY MEDICAL NEEDS! He was asking me all kinds of questions like "when did your son's team play yesterday? What time were you here yesterday" (which has nothing to do with me having my service dog with me). By law I don't have to tell anyone my medical history as to why I have a service dog. Long story with that, he let me in. I came today for my sons last game, I had my hands full and pulling a wagon so I had my daughter hold my dogs leash. He stopped me and said I have to hold his leash. I said "you see my hands are full and my daughter is walking RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Then proceeds to say, we have rules and regulations for PEOPLE LIKE YOU! My adrenaline was rushing at this point! Such a horrible experience at this facility because they made me feel like I'm different and not normal because of my medical needs. Not only that but I was embarrassed! So disrespectful! I have never had an experience like this ever! Horrible management and the way they handled things!

After two shoulder surgeries and being retired in December of 2021 decided to finally get back to my fitness regimen. Being a United HealthCare AARP member and getting my membership paid for by them decided to join without taking a tour of the club. After joining other than having Alfie as my fitness gurus who is in the process of getting me back in working order - very dissatisfied at the state of this club. Pads on machines are worn and could be easily replaced, men's bathroom/locker room is deplorable. I don't think it has been cleaned since I left charter. Smells, sewer flies all around, the mats in front of the showers haven't been picked up and cleaned 'most likely for years'. The ADA shower has the bench chained to the wall - for a older person or disabled person who would have to use it is impossible. The bathroom is a a mess - totally disgusting. The shower curtains are the same ones that were up when it was Charter Fitness years ago. Put something on top of the lockers and it was filled with dust and items left by members which was never removed or cleaned - locker are a mess inside - need to be cleaned. Totally disappointed in this club and would not recommend to anyone and would not rejoin - I only hope I am able to train with Alfie to continue regaining my fitness goals . Why spend the money to put in a useless sauna (one person fills it, two is a joke and three forget it) when the money could have been spent on cleaning and revamping the locker room so that it is sanitary - try paint and a thorough cleaning. Just to note: If you expect future members to join - forget about useless saunas and make your main concern cleanliness, general maintenance of equipment. Membership next year to this club is doubtful unless there are some major changes. Get rid of the infestation OF SEWER FLIES IN THE Men's BATHROOM and finally give it good scrub down, remove/replace the mats in front of the showers, so that a person can use without being infected by some bacteria. Totally disappointed in the state and cleanliness of this club - I hope that this review will change the manner in which this club is kept clean and maintained. If not, I will not rejoin and for prospective folks interested all up to you. But if remains in the manner in which it is I will not be back. Take a tour I wish I had - just remembered it when it was Charter Fitness years ago and the club was kept up.

She made sure that she knew what they were doing the following day. She has even come home to tell me what they did that day and how much fun she had. I am very pleased with this center and the extra curriculum that they have implemented along with the activities. I look forward to my daughter attending other curriculums at this center and I have definitely recommended this center to my friends who also have kids as well. I definitely say yes to putting your kids here.

She claimed I signed a 1 year membership! I asked for a copy of the contract after 2 months she sent a monthly billing statement No Contract! I just moved back to New Lenox and by far No Limit Strength and Conditioning is my favorite!!! Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. No Limit Strength and Conditioning will never have to talk about community, because they actually have one. Bazillion out of five stars! Right here in New Lenox IL!
