Paola was an awesome bartender and the prices were not to high for an airport bar.

Always stop by when I see Lisa, she is the best ambassador to New Orleans. Beer selection is decent, conversation is top notch.

I had the best experience with Paola. She was super nice and attentive. This will be my spot to get drinks whenever I'm at the airport.

Don't go here. Terrible service, bartender was never around. Two beers in plastic cups were $24.

$12 draft beer is felonious. Without a doubt the most expensive beer I've ever had by $2/pint.

1st off, it is an airport bar & for those who don't travel much, airport food and drinks are always expensive.

Swanky and fun. Located within the Roosevelt hotel, this cool bar has lots of rich history (that…read moreyou can read about while there). Whether sitting at the bar, or in one of the many lounge chairs on the opposite wall, every seat is an excellent. While I knew of the drink French 75, on the bar menu it was offered with either gin or cognac. I decided to try the cognac and so glad I did. Perfectly delicious! It turns out that drink is actually a French 125, so I learned something new that night. Great spot with a great vibe.

The Sazerac Bar at the The Roosevelt New Orleans prepares an outstanding Sazerac cocktail, as you…read morewould expect. While the Sazerac wasn't invented here, this is arguably its most iconic home, a place where New Orleans cocktail history comes to life. I would use this version as your gold standard when dining out in New Orleans and looking for a perfect Sazerac. We enjoyed watching bartender Rachel craft each drink. Rye whiskey, Peychaud's Bitters, and sugar are stirred in a small pitcher with ice. The serving glass is chilled, then emptied, and finished with an absinthe rinse along the rim. The cocktail is strained into the glass and topped with a lemon peel. The atmosphere makes the experience even better. The murals, the history, and the energy of the room give it a sense of occasion that you do not get at most bars. We had such a great time sitting at the bar that my wife and I each finished two and a half Sazeracs, which tells you everything you need to know.

What a change in atmosphere; groovy music & mumbly conversations to pure quietness and hearing everybody's voices. It was still a great experience. After about 15 minutes indoors with no a/c (IYKYK), the New Orleans heat caused us to head to the outdoor beer garden. It had rained a little bit, so it was a little cooler. FORTUNATELY, beer was still able to be poured, and the power was back on by the time the second beer was half gone. Aside from all that excitement, the focus is on the tasty beer created here. The two beers I had were great: Malcolm in the Mittlefruh and Helles Knows I'm Miserable Now (which I'm positive Morrissey would love - or would he just cry in it?). Kudos to the clever people that come up with the names! There is also a kitchen, but a belly still full from lunch, and no power meant no orders from us. Next time!

This brewery is right on Decatur with a couple of tables in front good for watching the traffic coming through. There's also a patio in the back with plenty more seating options. I sat inside where there was plenty of space. There were a good selection of beers on the menu. And the options differed from other breweries with units of Liters. I, of course, had to have an IPA and I got in as a 0.5L (closest to a pint). The flavor was good with a good hoppy taste to it. This is a great place to chill with friends and enjoy some nice beers. There's also a menu but it's only available on certain days of the week. Service: Order at the counter Wifi: Yes Parking: Street Parking (both metered and non metered available) Seating: Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

We started with the bottomless mimosas, which were only $25 and absolutely worth it. For appetizers, we ordered the corn and crawfish bisque and the Louisiana crawfish beignets. Those beignets were so good--OMG! I would honestly go back just for them. They were packed with flavorful crawfish and cooked perfectly. For my entrée, I had the steak and eggs and substituted the sunny-side-up eggs for scrambled eggs. Everything was delicious, and the steak was cooked just right. The atmosphere was fantastic as well. The music kept the vibes going the entire time, and they definitely know how to do brunch. Even the bathroom was stunning! Between the food, drinks, ambiance, and service, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Looking around, the place was so pretty and green, with a lot of natural lighting due to there being many windows and open doors. Once we sat our waiter came and once he heard it was our first time there, he instantly offered recommendations to us and gave us plenty of time to order. I ordered the Cubano sandwhich, crawfish beignets, and regular beignets. Everything was so good! The sandwhich came with fries as part of the order and they were crispy to perfection. The crawfish beignets are more like hush puppies though so keep that in mind! The regular beignets had a good flasky crust to them and were so pillowy. I would definitely come back to try their dinner menu!
