I just wanted to get a review on line because I'm impressed how he has stuck with the time line and that he has been very willing to call or respond to a call.

He noticed that we had hail damage on our roof and siding. We explained that a previous contractor said the same thing but our insurance company denied the claim. He offered to be present when the insurance adjuster performed their assessment and, four days later, we received word that the insurance company was now going to replace the entire roof and all of the siding. Cody offered recommendations on shingle products and set up a time for us to visit the building supplier so we could review our options. His quote for the roof didn't require us to pay anything out of pocket and his roofing crew did an excellent job cleaning up the job site during and after each day's work. His crew completed our large roof in two days and Cody came out personally each day and at the end to walk the job site, pick up debris, and address a few minor concerns. They reroofed our house. The roofers did NOT speak English which made it next to impossable to…read morecommunicate. Now we have a nail in our tire and now pheonix is ignoring us. I have talked to someone down the road and they said the same thing, nails in there tires after pheonix left. Pheonix does not do the roofing themselves, they contract illegal aliens from out of state. I recommend looking at a different company.
