After moving into my new townhouse, I discovered I had a foundation leak after my basement…read morecompletely flooded. This required one complete wall removed downstairs to fill the cracks. Originally my HOA had a "contractor" come and "fix" it, so I had no say in what happened. This contractor was so incompetent he placed tar inside of my house, managed to track it though my 6-month old carpet, get it all over the clean walls and doors--all while having me call him just to show up. After losing my mind with my HOA after 3 months, they called All Pro to get me back in my basement. After everything was completed, they (or their contractors) had 1. Removed the tar in my basement, 2. Resealed the foundation cracks correctly 3. Reframed the wall 4. Placed drywall, taped, mudded, textured 5. Repaired my outlet 6. Removed old baseboards 7. Cut and installed new ones 8. Painted everything--baseboards, accent wall, ceiling, walls 9. Relayed a new carpet pad 10. Stretched my carpet The difference in the experience was night and day. I never had to call them to find out what was going on or tell them to get there. They never missed an appointment, and they even gave me a great deal on what I was supposed to pay for replacing my warped and rotted baseboards. They finished everything in 3 weeks where it took the other incompetent contractor 3 months to get half way. I will say that their texturing on my wall was not as good as they guy I call myself. You can 100% see the streaks, but after 3 months of hell, I learned to pick my battles and was too happy to have the wall back up to care. I can't say anything about pricing because my HOA was responsible for the bill, but I can say they did a terrific job in communicating, they placed plastic over the entire site where they were working, they cleaned up after their projects, and they went out of their way (one person even working almost 12 hours on a Saturday to finish painting) to get my project finished. They were literally my god send, and I can't brag enough about them given the circumstances.
