I contacted Servpro, and Justin was at my place within an hour, on a Wednesday evening. Determining that the water was minimal and restricted to a small area, he cut a hole large enough to determine that the leak was not caused by the shower, or any other expected water source. He was quickly able to rule out every other possibility and we determined that snow had actually blown in through an external furnace air vent, melted, and ran down through the light fixture. As foolish as I felt about having him come out and punch a hole in my ceiling, for no actual reason, I was thankful that their wasn't a bigger issue. Justin was in and out of my house in a hour, after confirming that we had no actual water leaking in the house.
