They started out great. Got right to my house, dried it out and found and fixed the source of the leak. We paid them much more to remodel instead of replace while they were here. We were living in our motor home north for the summer so we weren't in anyone's way. Wow, we got pictures from our neighbor and they dry walled over the walls they were supposed to take down. They fixed that and put the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms back together with much less quality products than were just replaced last year. We come back in November as they said we could and the painting still wasn't done and appliances weren't in. After living in a hotel for three weeks we moved in. They had brought boxes back and stacked them in our garage. The furniture was pulverizing or it was full of mold. They said they'd send a truck to pick it up. After two weeks of waiting we put it out for Waste Management. That was five weeks ago and no truck ever came. Oh, when the walls were down to studs and they had to reconfigure the kitchen due to some weird 1970's configuration that couldn't be done again, you'd think they'd re-wire so there wasn't an electric plug over the faucet and next to the 3"side of the sink. What could possibly be plugged in there? Painter painted my brand new lights, they broke ceiling fan blades and they put tape on painted wood which took the paint down and that wasn't fixed either. I could go on but when I called to say I was unhappy the contractor told me they had spent double what they got from insurance. Well, funny, I paid way over the insurance and putting walls back up that I paid to have taken down may actually be the fault of the contractor, so who cost them the double? Oh, they did. To say I can not recommend them to my buyers , sellers or friends would be an understatement. Especially since my husband is spending the day today taking all the light switches and plugs that are yellowed out and putting white ones on The contractor put white covers over yellowed switches and plugs. That is the reason for the three stars. Good to begin, terrible to end. read more

FloodPros is the real deal. We had a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon, which damaged our walls and carpet in our toddler's room. They responded within one hour. They immediately started fixing the problem before mentioning money. They had a plan and then advised they would contact the home owner's insurance company themselves. They cut away the damaged areas and left drying equipment that same Sunday. After speaking with our insurance company during business hours, they advised that FloodPros was actually trying to limit the potential monetary amount we would incur instead of driving up the rates. FloodPros returned the following day and gave an honest assessment. They determined that the damage was not as bad as originally thought and offered ideas to limit the financial burden on us. They completely remedied the situation the following day. The worker was punctual, polite, and very efficient. He kept our home clean as he worked to remove walls and carpets. That same day, the manager insisted on coming over to make sure the proper work was done. All the work they performed was more than we would have excepted for a MUCH lower price than we were prepared to pay. The craftsmanship was superb and efficient. I had a small leak coming from my sink and I had no idea until one day I noticed mold growing and under the whole sink was saturated. I afraid nobody would be able to fix it due to the corona virus, but they took great safety precaution measures with their tyvek suits& masks. FloodPros protected my home from further damage after Ian. Detailed instrument measurements were taken to identify wet/moisture ladden locations. Wet drywall and insulation was removed to prevent the continued expansion of mold. Interior mold assessment and mitigation continued with sampling and cleaning mold from our ducting.
