Fast fwd 2 yrs, I finally found Royal kitchens and Bath from the internet. The reviews were all I had to go by (all genuine and positive) and then we met Robert and his lovely wife and our search was over! There wasn't any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Robert's a straight shooter, doesn't promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! It was a dream job, no glitches and if anything did popped up, it was quickly addressed and remedied. Our friends and family are in awe and we can't stop staring at the gorgeous outcome! While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.

There were some crossed signals on communication but we were flexible so no big deal. Recommend them for kitchen bath work large or small.

From the start, I told him I was on a strict timeline with COVID and really needed to get everything done as quickly as possible. He gave a competitive price and the cabinets I selected was the exact cream wood cabinet I had been dreaming of.However I never received an invoice detailing the exact cabinets bought. I requested that he accept the cabinets from the factory and inspect them prior to delivery to my home to reduce incorrect cabinets being delivered and any damage. He agreed and and advised that should not be an issue. On the date of likely delivery I called to find out the status of my cabinets. After several calls /emails Roman informs me that my cabinets did arrive (like a week prior!)but one of the cabinets was not ready so he did not accept delivery and those were sent to storage. I was not happy since I had emphasized the need to get everything as quickly as possible and he had not even communicated this information to me or given me a choice. I requested that all cabinets minus the pending be delivered immediately . When they arrived my contractor called me frantic about multiple cabinets with damage. 3 cabinets had significant damage and others had more minor scratches or paint dents. Cabinets were delivered in cardboard boxes with no protective coverings. I called Roman immediately to relay what I had been told by my contractor. I was upset after not receiving my cabinets on time and to find so many with damage. His behavior was rude unhinged and unprofessional. Yelling at me throughout -He was completely unapologetic - as if it was completely normal to have so many damaged cabinets. He was dismissive - as if I was unreasonable to expect the cabinets to be packaged in a way that would minimize damage. After essentially hanging the phone up on me, as I tried to follow-up the status of the return of my damaged cabinets he refused to continue any contact with me and transferred me to a rep named Skye. In the end Skye was able to get my damaged cabinets changed. However he was snippy and rude in the process. Even to get them to pick up the damaged cabinets initially I was given a ridiculous song and dance that I needed to depose of them even though the contract states clearly it's their responsibility. I would certainly advise anyone to avoid this kitchen design store after my horrific experience. I like to support small businesses but they also need to earn the love. And this place is full of a lot of unrestrained craziness.
