My experience with this store: My wife and I are tiling 1250 square feet of formerly carpeted floor in our new house. We decided we would go with a wood-look tile. Picked the tile we (she,lol) liked and had an obviously new guy working the floor help with the mortar and grout calculations. After getting a price at the front desk, my wife and I discussed it a bit and decided to make the over $3800 purchase(includes 3rd party shipping). The girl at the checkout told us that their next available delivery day was 9 days out. I asked her if there was any way I could get this delivery sooner. She said "you should have ordered it a few days ago". I just closed on this house that day...i can't move in until 1250 square feet of floor are tiled. This girl needs to go back to whatever fast food establishment she likely was fired from. So I ask for a manager. Manager made a few calls and assured me my order would be delivered in 2 days. FFWD to delivery day... 3rd party shipping company calls me and days they have an order to deliver 4 pallets to my house. I day "great". They say store only has one pallet. Grout and mortar, no tile. Wtf? I call the store and after about 30 rings someone answers and I ask for a manager. 10 minutes later the "manager" comes to the phone. I explain the situation and she says "the manager i spoke to said that tile was not in stock and could take up to a week to get". If you are reading this, you are likely scratching your head like I was. How can they schedule a delivery of something they know they won't have. And how can a "manager" blame the customer on this? I manage a service company and can't imagine treating one of my customers this way. This manager says she will email the supplier and ask for an ETA on the tile and call me back....,3 hours later, I call the store. I get transferred to Davies. This young man just prevented me from cancelling my order and going to another company. If he isn't a manager, he should be. He should be GM. There were 3 opportunities for me to walk away and have an employee be indifferent. If these people worked for me.....well you can guess. Davies was the only employee I met in this experience that seemed to care about his company's revenue/customer needs. The end. read more

It was my first time visiting the store today & the young man sitting at the desk next to the nice shower/bathroom displays, near the front door was quite rude. We had a quick question regarding signage/pricing on one of the shower displays and he immediately told my husband that he was not allowed to leave his desk. It was ridiculous! We wanted to confirm that we were understanding the pricing on something that was less than 15ft, from where he was sitting. read more

Never ever again.. I went there to try and learn about the different types of flooring available. I stopped at a desk at the front and was told i needed an appointment to go online and make one. As I was already there I asked if there wasn't anyone that was available to ask a few questions as I was already there. She told me she was busy helping someone else ( they assist invisible people here) but if I would come back on an hour she would help me. I did.. I am replacing 30 year old carpet in a house I am purchasing. I had pictures, measurements of rooms.. everything except knowledge. Every question I asked I got the same answer.. it depends on what you want. I went down the road to a competitor and they spent over an hour educating me on all the options available in today's market, including the pros and cons... I will live on bare concert before purchasing from these people. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! I came in the store on a Sunday and received the worst service. Armando asked me if I wanted his help loading my cart I'm just like of course I do. He was not very helpful. Tiffany was extremely helpful. She even helped me load after calling for assistance several times in a ghost town like store so there was no reason why a guy couldn't help. I went in to buy backsplash and embellishments for my kitchen. All I had was a photo and an idea. Ana was SO HELPFUL! She understood that I had no idea how to put any of this together. Not only did she understand she put some things together so I could get a visual. She even offered ideas on how to really dress it all up and put it all together. When I mentioned it to her she was still unable to accept responsibility for her behavior. I visited your store Tuesday, 08/16 to look for back splash to match my new granite counters. I have visited many vendors over the last (2) weeks to pull together a lengthy renovation. The best specialist I have met so far is Suzanne, Deco specialist. She was very pleasant and carefully looked at my granite and cabinet samples to assist in making recommendations. We set up samples on the design table. She was excellent. If everyone provides 1st class service like her then I would be much farther along in my home selections. Just bought new tile for my house this place guarantees the lowest price, I bought all the grout and tools needed here as well if you buy a lot of material they will have it loaded on pallets for you and load it with a forklift, I love how many options there are to choose from with price range and what country it is imported from. After you buy you can pick up separately which is so convenient I believe they will hold your material for up to 14 days. Definitely will be back again!! Terrible customer service! Was told in store that I needed to call over the phone when a product came in to reserve it. I called and then was transferred many of times to finally be told that I was not allowed to reserve over the phone and pay over the phone. Definitely a one stop shop for your flooring needs. We are in the process of redoing our floors and looked here on Saturday. We found a lady and man that helped us and knew their stuff. I do not recommend buying your saw there, as they are pricey on those (naturally). But for other needs they are the best. read more

We had purchased Duralux Tribeca vinyl flooring from Floor and Decor. The floor was supposedly a Premium 4 MM vinyl. It is 4MM but is a cheap vinyl that cracks at the seams after just 6 months. Thier are website who state this issue. The low score for Floor and Decor is that this is their brand. They will not even send an inspector unless you pay for it. I am out $1,800 because of a bad product. The other issue with floor and decor is they don't allow you to post product reviews at their site. This should tell you like I have learned to STAY AWAY. They do not want you to know their products are sub-standard. read more

Had a good experience here! Feel like I got a good deal on everything and it's a huge place diff don't want to go in there hungry cause we was there for like 4 hours. That wasn't great but we got everything we needed in one spot and was well under budget. My fourth trip to the store tonight proved to be equally disappointing as the other three. No one has ever helped me in the store. It's every woman for himself. If you are not a pro, forget about it. While the cashiers are nice, they don't even have bags for you to put your purchases in. They also have a horrible inventory stock. And things are all mixed up in the bins, so you have to sort their own bins for them to even figure out what their inventory is. Go to another location. Poorly managed here read more

I'm currently remodeling one of my rental properties, being that i was a victim of Hurricane Harvey, i have been slowly remodeling all.I had a bad experience in the women bathroom it was very dirty, but the customer service was AMAZING!!!!! i will most definitely be stopping by more often to finish my kitchen, i went in for Tile today. Young lady by the name of 'Stephanie' she was very helpful during my check out being the fact that i was a little frustrated and she made the check out experience feel great and switched my whole attitude. She was very knowledgeable on the types of tiles and insisted i took my time to make my final decision!
