We brought our truck, picked out what we wanted, they helped load it up, and my husband installed them that evening. Win! They do offer delivery and install, through a third party they work with. It was fairly reasonable but we didn't want to wait. Also, you can bring your old appliances back and drop them off. They will recycle them for you. Subtracting one star because the sales person was bad talking the brands they don't carry. With a passion. At the end of the day, even if the brands suck, I'm not a fan of talking negative against the competition. "I don't reccomend it." Or "We don't carry XYZ because we only carry products we can stand behind" would be sufficient.

I appreciate when someone isn't sure about their answer they will find someone who is more knowledgeable. The selection is pretty good and they always seem to have what I need. Prices are reasonable and not over priced like you might expect. It does t hurt to check Costco though just in case because I have found the same product at a dramatically lower price there depending on the season.
