do not use. they send out convicted felons to do there installations. management is aware of the terrible work, and still continue to use the bad installers. had management come to my house and he agreed that it was terrible! but they still give this guy work! they installer still owes me over $1000 worth of damages i have been waiting on for months now. finally tired of waiting and pursuing a lawsuit against both floor factory outlet and the installer they sent to me. you will not have a good experience. told many things during the sale, and never delivered on it! save yourself and go to a big box store like a lowes or home depot that stand behind their work. the worst part is, we paid TOP DOLLAR at this place to have a nice tile and got trailer trash work. worst decision ever was choosing this place for my tile needs. ruined my home for over a month until i found a great installer that was recommended by a friend to fix it all. out lots of $$$$$ here... read more

I have a good friend who recently used this company and they did a horrendous job with laying flooring in her home. When I went to visit her new home and saw the poor workmanship, I was appalled. The installer was not professional, was constantly late or found at home not working, and the job was not completed at the promised time when the owner was trying to move in and made her deadline clear for having the work completed. He left huge gaps between the baseboards and tile, and the pattern was not laid to match. They refused to fix the shoddy work and the owner had to pay out of her pocket to have a handyman fix the gaps between the baseboards and the tile. Seeing this work, I would never choose this company to do any flooring for me or recommend to any of my friends. read more

Bryan Trull (Leesburg store) provided excellent, knowledgeable information. This store/team comes highly recommended by us. We love our new floors. They also recommended One Heck of a Floor company for taking out our old tile and installing our new luxury vinyl. They were also all pro and did an excellent, quick job. Approx 1200 sq feet of ceramic tile was removed in one day and then the team who did the installation completed the job in a day and a half. Wow!
