Let me start off by saying Jason was the answer to my prayers in a moment of dispare, I had hired another company that wasn't able to work on my place due to my building not having a water unit. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and me and hubby worked so hard to move everything out of the way so we really didn't want to put anything back just to do it all over again another day when I'm even further along and we also didn't want to put cleaning the carpet on hold any longer. I called about every number I could find on yelp and very few companies/ businesses carry their own water tanks for their equipment and of course even fewer have quick availability. I was losing hope UNTIL I found Jason on yelp, and I am so grateful I did he answered immediately and carries his own water tank I asked if he would be able to come by that same day he informed me that he would have to call me back to let me know ( I honestly had little to no hope) and Jason was a man of his word and called me back like he said he would and not only that he was able to come to my condo at a very last minute notice and immediately got to work, the price he gave me was very reasonable and if I'm being honest very low considering how last minute it always, Had it been any other company or business they probably would have taken advantage of how Desperate we were to get our carpet cleaned that same day. Called Jason to inquire about a rug cleaning, shockingly enough he had availability on the same day I called and was able to come out within an hour. Had him clean 3 rugs (2 outdoor, 1 indoor). Overall good job, the indoor rug didn't get as clean as I would have liked but the rug specifically says NO ALKALINE which is the strong stuff that gets the carpets really clean so he did the best he could given the circumstances with alternative products. My ex-renter hired Jason to clean the carpet of the room he was renting. This renter NEVER cleaned anything! The rug was so gross it smelled after 7 years without vacuuming. So when Jason was hired, he claimed he can clean any carpet and that he's so good he never has to come back to redo any job twice. Well, that's not true. He said he would come back, but TWICE he failed to show up. It took more than 3 weeks to dry and when it finally did dry,it smelled horrible and the stains reappeared. I have photos of the carpet before and after, had opinions of many people about the room smell and everyone said it has a horrible strong odor. I am disappointed that Jason ended up reneging on returning to redo it after all. The roommate was mad that the carpet was now needing to be replaced since he didn't allow for maintenance over so many years and Jason just went back on his word to do right by his claim. So, if you have the kind of renter that lives like a pig for years... go with someone else! All his self boasting is all b.s. as I was going to hire him to replace it until he basically blew me off and did not have any integrity. Floor Medic HE IS NOT! Jason then sided with renter that hired him because Jason told him that the carpet needed to be replaced since he had not vacuumed it in almost seven years. Ex renter got mad according to Jason, so Jason blew me off after stating he would clean and deodorize carpet. arrangements were made twice and twice Jason was a no show. I had scheduled a carpet cleaning with another company (I'll never do that again) and the guy showed up and told me he couldn't do the job and bailed! I was having a couch delivered the following day and we had just moved in so I desperately needed the carpet cleaned. We had an inconsiderate tenant who allowed his daughter to spill nail polish and what looked like ground in putty or play doh on the carpet in her bedroom. Due to rules on carpet depreciation, my only recourse was equal to a slap on the wrist to the tenant, leaving me with a disgusting looking room. That's where Jason came in. He was able to remove the damaged spots and patch the areas with extra carpet I had on hand. His repair was seamless and reasonably priced. Hello, this is in response to Marie H. review in hopes that you will still choose Floor Medic when you have a need for carpet cleaning services. First, I lived with Marie for 4 years and moved out. At that time, I had personally cleaned the carpets and cleaned the room and there were no complaints from the her. I returned in 3 months in which she welcomed me back into her house without any complaints. I lived there for an additional 3 years. So, it was not a continous 7 year stay. During my last year of living there, I admit, I was not the cleaness tenant but I was also suffering from a pinched spinal nerve and partially paraylzed on my left side resulting in spine surgery. I hired Jason to clean the carpet, as he was bonded with good references. I informed him on the condition of the carpet, spills and stains. he informed me that he would have to see it to access it. When Jason arrived he told me that the carpet could be clean it BUT the stained area may reappear even with the deep cleaning. And yes, stain reappeared. But what is missing in her review is the history of the carpet. The carpet was of low grade material and over 10 years old. The room was previously used as home dispensery grow room as explained to me by the landlady. So I imagine there were certain spills that absorbed into the undermatting way before I got there. Also missing is how she mulnipulated Jason H., though sorrow tells of her past, to get that quote she mentioned. Jason H. even offered to try and reclean the carpet for $50 which she declined. Then when he called her back to come remove and replace the carpet, SHE renegged. The estimate was only going to be used to get me to pay her. Later, I received a letter with this estimate which I took to the City housing office downtown. Only to learn that replacing the carpet falls on the owner of the residence and not the tenant. They explained it as reasonable wear and tear after such long rental period. So I refused to pay. And now Marie H. is upset and taking it out of Jason H and Floor Medic with her bad review. He was honest and upfront with me and her. She tried to use him to get back at me and this is not right. Later I found out that she wasn't even going to use the money to replace the carpet but on her dogs. As you can see in her photo, it was mostly in one section of the carpet, where I had my computer and desk set up. So, please refer the numerous 5 star reviews that Jason H. does have. And I hope we, as customers, can write reviews that reflects on the truth of the service. read more

Great experience! I worked with Jason who was very responsive with asking questions about my situation (dog urine on newer carpet). We tried to solve the problem ourselves by using pet spot remover and ended up making things worse. Jason came out to see what was happening and what he thought he could do to improve the situation. I called them on a Sunday morning in desperate need of service by Tuesday night my daughter was graduating, my family was coming into town and I was struggling to clean the tile floors that run my entire house. I had already called numerous other companies and they told me it would cost over $1000.00 to clean my tile and that they "had to clean and seal my grout." (I have special grout that never needs to be sealed.)
