Day of install came and one of the panels was going vertically and everything else horizontally. Reached out to John and after a little back and forth he agreed to replace the panel at no extra charge. When day of replacement came it was only a crew of 2 guys, they struggled a little to move stove and were concerned about gas line as they were unsure how to close it, the guy in charge took them outside and told them to be quiet, stop complaining and get it done. 3 months after replacement section was installed and final payment was made my countertops cracked! I reached out again via email to John, several people from his team came out to look at countertops a couple of times and I was told they'd replace them once they had the same material leftover from another job. That was over a year ago! I repeatedly reached out to John and James who now no longer works with John and I was just given more excuses. I consulted with another company and I was told the reason for counters cracking was most likely bad installation since there were no signs. We also paid for cabinet lighting and lights went out a day after installing after having guy come out multiple times we gave up. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB, countertops should have come with some type of warranty for at least a year.

1-Star Review - Precision Stair Company I truly wish I…read moredidn't have to write this review, but after a ton of patience and based on the pictures we will have to spend thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to correct Precision Stair Company's work, other homeowners deserve to know the truth. While the wood treads and risers themselves are beautiful (the one positive), literally everything else about this project was a disaster and left in an unprofessional, incomplete state: * Exposed concrete and large sections of missing trim * Rough, uneven drywall cuts with unfinished edges everywhere * Multiple gaps around stringers and walls that were pointed out and never fixed * Significant damage to our freshly painted walls and paint overspray on floors and trim * Brand-new carpet ruined because no drop cloths, no protection whatsoever * Numerous areas left so incomplete that we had to hire a second contractor to finish and repair the staircase We were promised a good job but instead, the crew walked away leaving the job looking like a rough-in. Communication and accountability were just as bad. We repeatedly asked for issues to be corrected, and they argued and lacked accountability for damage they caused in the home. When we finally scheduled a final walk-through, the owner ignored my reply. Days later (after we had already said the job was unacceptable), he let himself into our home on a Friday and Saturday without permission and recorded video inside our private residence, claiming it was for "legal purposes." This was done without our knowledge or consent, which is not only highly unprofessional but a serious invasion of privacy (any legitimate attorney would have told him that). In the end, his unprofessional and aggressive behavior turned what should have been an exciting upgrade into a stressful, expensive nightmare. We are now out additional dollars to make the staircase safe and presentable so we can finally move into our own home. If you're considering Precision Stair Company, please think twice. Beautiful wood does not make up for shoddy installation, zero cleanup or protection, refusal to fix obvious defects, and behavior that made us feel unsafe in our own house.
