I'm updating my review because the flooring Evergreen installed is completely ruined due to poor installation. A few months after the install we noticed some soft spots and brought our concerns to their attention but they brushed it off. We weren't experiencing any major issues at that time so we didn't pursue the issue further. A year later the floors started severely cracking and lifting up. We brought it to their attention again and they said they would fix it for a "discounted rate." At this point we didn't trust them to fix it correctly so we hired someone else and in the process of demo the new company found severely damaged sub flooring. We did check and there were no active leaks so this was something that was preexisting. The contract we had with Evergreen was to remove the subfloor, so had they done this the first time rather than slap the new floor on top of the old vinyl floor, we wouldn't have had to replace our floor again one year after they installed it. This is our second home so unfortunately we were not present during install to catch this. The owner agreed to give me a refund, and after several months of getting the run around and only two very small refunds he is no longer responding so we will unfortunately be going to small claims court to retrieve the balance. We spent thousands of dollars with this company only to pay thousands of dollars more to fix their damage. I do NOT recommend this company. read more

Talked to Rudy for estimate on sanding and refinish and stain on stairs, handrail, and floor. Price is fair and service is great. Rudy is very responsive and professional. They did a great job. I asked for a dark color and they gave me a few samples. I chose the darkest(ebony). My floor looks amazing now! Pics attached. I heard they also offer granite/quartz/marble fabrication and install for kitchen and bathroom renovations, but I have not tried it. read more

Rudy and his team were fantastic. I got them to replace some flooring that had gone rotten underneath. The communication was stellar throughout and the floors look great now. When they ripped everything up we discovered that we were going to need to do some more work as the beams were rotten but he just charged us for the extra material as he wanted it done right. They worked through the weekend on a job that was larger than anticipated so I wouldn't need to take more time off work. This is a company that really cares about the quality of their work and it shows in both their results and their communication. Would highly recommend! read more

Rodolfo (Rudy) and his crew were very quick and responsive to requests as the project progressed. They met our timeline for move in and were flexible and patient with us when we changed our mind midway through the project. They have plenty of experience and were willing to answer any of our questions. We had engineered hardwood floors with 1.5mm wear layer. Three other contractors said that sanding couldnt be done, but Rodolfo was able to sand it twice due to his experience with working floors. Highly recommend to anyone. read more
