I requested a quote and an appointment via yelp for a move out clean and was quoted between $120-$140 and was scheduled two weeks out. I called two days before to confirm the date and time and then received a call the day before and was confirmed the time and the price. The day of, I was called 45 mins before the scheduled time and was told they were there waiting for me. So I had to hurry out of work to get there to open the door. The techs reviewed the carpets and told me it would be $300 without a deodorizer! The woman stated it's because the carpets are dirty (obviously they are or I wouldn't be having them cleaned!) ‍I told them I was quoted between $120-$140 and they wanted the name of the person who told me that. I told them I had it in writing and confirmed it the day before with a woman over the phone. The two techs talked in the other room (not too quietly or politely) and agreed to do the carpets for $140 without the deodorizer to "give her what she wants and get it over with". I left the techs to do the carpets and return back to work. The next day I checked the carpets and they were done basic and didn't look like they were done at all. The pictures show the "cleaning after their services". It's such a shame the new owners techs are ruining the clientele the previous owners had spent years establishing. Sadly I will not be using their services again or recommending them to anyone else. We are in the middle of a pandemic and it's shameful that people see a single mother of 3 as a way to up charge $160.00! Shameful.

I decided to give Kinneys a try and booked an appointment. They arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment, which I really appreciated. He did a walkthrough and got right to work. I was impressed with his level of customer service. He presented himself in a very professional yet friendly manner. The job took about 45 minutes and the end result was AMAZING. I had huge black spots on my light tan carpet in both the entry way and the hall. He was able to remove both spots. I felt the cost of the service was well worth it...I actually kinda felt like I got a bargain. I also was delighted that he didn't leave the carpet soaking wet. It only took about 5 hours to fully dry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
