    Choosing a new kitchen backsplash can be a daunting task. But with so many tiles on display, it was fun to spend a morning with my daughter walking around and finding options. Here is what I like about Floor & Decor: -- I was able to lay out tiles on the floor to see how a bigger selection would look. -- I was able to buy samples to bring home and could return the samples that I didn't choose. -- The employee in the design center was very helpful when I needed to choose grout colors. -- The prices are reasonable. -- When we found a chip on one of the accent tiles, I was able to take it to the store and exchange it for good tile. -- The employees are all helpful and friendly. If you need tile or flooring, head over to Floor & Decor!

    Lots of inventory of lots of different things for your home, but it's really hard to find help when you need it here. They do have great ranges in price to fit any budget. The tile selection is pretty epic. Walls, floors, bathrooms.

    This was not a good experience for me. I dont know the atmosphere here because i have never visited this establishment. I am planning to remodel my bathroom and was in search of a nice tile for my floor and shower. I usually go to Homedepot or Lowe's, but after searching the web I came across the perfect tile. I took a photo of the tile and decided to go to the store to purchase a sample for my installer in order to get the amount needed. After entering the store i saw an associate at the front and showed him a picture of the tile i was looking for and if he could show me. He just pointed in a direction and atated that all tiles in the size i was looking for where there. I glanced in the direction and asked again and then he said do you see where this certain gentleman came from, i said yes and he said what i was looking for would be over there. I walked to the area in question and i did find one tile selection but not the other. I saw another associate, and when i addressed him to ask for help he quickly stated ina monotone voice that he was helping someone else right now. This experience did not make me feel welcomed at all and noone was helpful to me in my opinion. If this is a place where i am supposed to find things without assistance there should be a self- service sign at the entrance. I did see tiles i liked, but o may go elsewhere. I did see another company up the hill maybe they will be of more assistance........

    You need to heavily review everything with your purchase. The stores don't follow their own policies. I've had issues every time I've interacted with Floor & Decor. If you are a homeowner, pay online, and have it delivered to your house, not condo, I don't think you'll have any issue. If not, triple clarify everything or just buy from Home Depot. I have never had an issue with Home Depot's customer service. They are very clear even when I ask detailed questions. First I purchased floors from Kennesaw in person and when they were ready, their system kept texting me that my pickup window was cancelled even though it was within the window to be picked up. When I called asking what was the issue with my order, I was told nothing was wrong and I could come whenever to pick it up - no deadline. I asked why I received notifications that is was cancelled and she wouldn't answer the question. She kept saying just come whenever I wanted despite their 7 day policy. Days later I had the floors delivered through Floor and Decor service and I was told specific instructions on what they would and would not do with the delivery. I told her 3x it was a condo and I asked if there was an issue. She said it was fine. I paid with my credit card, not debit as I did with original purchase, over the phone. Once the delivery arrived, the driver was surprised that they allowed it. He wasn't supposed to deliver anywhere inside so apparently no condos and they hadn't communicated he would have to move my delivery. It would have had to be left on the street. He asked me multiple times what instructions I provided to her. There was back and forth with his company on how they were going to handle this. Over a month and a half later, I returned the unused product to the Kirkwood location, not the original location as this one was closer to me. For whatever reason they split the return - one to the card I paid for the floors and the other for the delivery. It is how the system automatically split it which still does not make sense. When I called customer service they transferred me to the location which would not allow me to solve it over the phone. Female customer service, Hannah (?) kept saying I had to come to the store with both receipts. I told them they could look up the original purchases online since they had both cards and she said said they couldn't look up orders over the phone. The central Customer service had just looked up the order with the order number less than a minute before which I communicated to her. I drove 40 minutes to the original location per the store only for the manager, who was not at fault, to tell me they couldn't do anything and to get in touch with my bank. The first two customer service representatives could have said that so I could have saved the trip. Why they saved a card on file which was not associated with the actual floor purchase did not make sense. It was a separate delivery purchase with a receipt coming from actual provider - text messaged. I can't find anything emailed from Floor and Decor on a receipt - emailed or provided in person (ask for one in case). It also didn't make sense for their system to split a refund. Typically a customer asks for that. There is a huge disconnect in their execution.

Honestly I didn't know what to buy because I've got enough tchotchke to start my own Goodwill store. I tend to buy a lot of my cooking items at H mart now a days. But hey $75 is $75. So I ended up buying a blankets for about $24.99...to keep in the car... and I got some casserole dishes because I always end up giving mine away because I'll make something for someone and forget to get it back.... I must say they have great customer service. I must had about 4 people come up to me asking me if I needed help finding something. It's nice for a change...kudos to them for that..... Yep. Good experience. Good service. Next time I'm in the area. I'll pop by again and see if I can peel off a few more bills....

Anyways, I usually don't gush about a service provider but this team went above and beyond. So I guess I felt compelled to do the same. Highly recommend BA. You're doing yourself a favor and saving yourself multiple headaches. This team can do everything you need done.

There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced. I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.

She missed items on order and told us that something things could be taken off when in fact after the installer came he had to tell her to order what she said we could take off. She does not understand the product she is selling. When doing the plans she did not center the sink cabinet under the window. This is something we did not see at first, but this is her job. They then sent us the most incompetent installers that did not know what they were doing and damaged a wall and our new hardwood flooring. Cabinets had to moved several times because of their incompetence. Neither L... or Cabinets To Go is taking any responsibility for the disappointment, frustration and anger that we have had to experience. Stay away from this store. I did a review on the BBB and saw that they have numerous complaints and have a "F" rating.
