I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

When I called the toll free number, a young Latina answered and while pleasant, had NO idea what her company's service area was! She proceeded to place me on hold, to "check with her manager" and after a couple of minutes - came back to the line and said she had spoken to her manager and that she would leave a message for someone to call me back... In disbelief, I reiterated my [very simple] question; "Do you service the El Dorado county area?" She said she didn't know (having JUST spoken with her "manager") and that she'd have to leave a message. Unbelievable. Who hires someone to answer the phones for a service-based business and doesn't train them in the basics of their company and the services they offer? To the owner of this seemingly professional company: Please take the time to train (or re-train) your staff so they can properly and professionally represent the business you have worked so hard to build. Needless to say, I told the young lady, "never mind, I'm not interested." Guess I'll be going to the next flooring company on Yelp who IS interested in my business.

I had to move all of my belongings back inside of my apartment as I cannot leave them outside on my open patio. They assured me they would come the next day with the manager, buy me some lunch and also give me a gift card for my troubles in addition to moving all of my belongings back outside for me. The manager came the next day, I do not remember his name he apologized, did not give me the gift card I was promised nor the lunch. It was raining that day so they were unable to move my stuff outside as it would get wet, but they assured me they could do the job by just moving my stuff from one side of the room to the other. They did, but did not cover anything, I spent weeks cleaning up sawdust. They also broke one of my picture frames and chipped one of my pots. Terrible experience, I am still waiting on my gift card, and to be compensated for the day of work I missed, And the hotel I had to stay in because I could not sleep in my oapartment. Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
