OK...when it comes to shopping we all want the best deal and not get rushed into something we don't want or need. If you want people who take their time and get you the information you need to make an honest purchase...then you have come to the right place. Melissa and her crew helped my husband and I out a few months ago and although we have had to wait to put the product in, ( we just started! Yea! ), I'm thrilled that we found this GEM in our own little backyard. We live out in the country and although my husband works only 2 minutes from this store...we had no idea it existed! I went to about 15 other stores and warehouses ( which this is) but when I found out that I could get a much better product for a lot less I was thrilled. We wanted to remodel several areas of our home with the all new Luxury Vinyl Tile Planks that look like wood and this was the best product I found ANYWHERE! The product is by "REWARD" *** (rigid plus premium) in the Reddington color and it's the highest grade I found anywhere with a cork backing attached to the product. They are 48 inches long and rigid to hold. Not cheap wobbly stuff. It has a great texture and the run on pattern I believe is 7 or 9 planks before the repeat. It's actually rated heavy commercial and is the closest thing I have found to looking like and feeling like real wood. This is a floating wide plank floor (not glued although you probably could glue it) with a light handscraped texture....which is exactly what I wanted. I don't like the heavily scraped floors because I was brought up on the east coast with very heavily scraped floors in beautiful old homes! Hate to clean them especially when your a baker! You lay this flooring like a wood floor which is a click and lock. Also, you do get a price cut when you order a whole pallet which I believe is just over 1000 ( Square? ) or Linear Feet. You take care of this floor as if it were wood and because it already has a cork backing it's soft underfoot and sound deadening. Well...I hope you will consider this great GEM we have over here on the West Side of Sacramento. Shop everywhere else and then come here. The store people in the Flooring Distributors are wonderful. We have shopped there before back in 2017 and we actually went again in 2020 during COVID-19 period. They have variety of carpets to choose from. We were in hurry and needed carpet to deliver in October 2020 but due to COVID-19 virus the warehouse from other state was not able to commit to the delivery timeframe. The warehouse informed the store manager, Ralph that it would be delivered sometimes in mid-November 2020 but not guaranty because of transportation and driver issue due Covid. So, we requested Ralph if he can work somehow with warehouses of other locations and be able to deliver the carpet we want for our house in late October. Indeed, Ralph was able to manage and delivered the carpet on time. We were literally surprised and didn't believe first when he called us and confirmed. We were impressed on manager Ralph's professionalism and his staff support that they provided us. Randomly stumbled on this company while doing a Google search for places that sold flooring. Their warehouse had lots of styles flooring to choose from and the prices were just unbeatable, believe me I looked everywhere. The sales associate Jennifer was very helpful And knowledgeable regarding the products at the warehouse, Jennifer even went as far as to arrange for that distributor to deliver straight to my home (I live 2 hours away). Jennifer was great in getting me my gray carpet for my house. There was a delay in my order but she was on top of it the entire time, and made it happen for me.
