Don't trust the new Lumber Liquidators - same problems, zero accountability…read more I bought flooring from LL Flooring (formerly Lumber Liquidators) and had them install it. The floors started falling apart after just 5 months. Due to sickness in the family, we did not communicate right away. When I reached out, I was told they went bankrupt and won't honor the warranty or installation. Now they've reopened under the old name, but are dodging responsibility for past customers. Feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid for quality and support--got garbage and silence. Avoid them like a loose floorboard.
