After seeing Arslanian Brothers' commercials for years, I finally decided to give them a call to learn more about their services. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. However it is laid out pretty well as far as being able to find what you are looking for. They sell everything from furniture to home decor to food and even wine and beer. Plus you can always find unique small items that can make great gifts. We did browse the wine and beer section. They had some decent deals. I also appreciated seeing several Ohio craft breweries included in the offerings. One of the best parts about World Market is the candy and snacks. You can find lots of traditional favorites. However the best part is how many options you can find from other countries or just unique flavors. It's so much fun to see the huge variety offered. Spices are another great bet here. They have pretty good prices. There are always some unique seasoning blends available. If you are in the area definitely check out World Market. You never know what you will find.

When we went to the house to inspect our new flooring, to our surprise, only the laminate was installed. Of course, we called to ask why the carpet was put in. Their response was the salesman "forgot" to schedule the carpet installation and, because it wasn't scheduled, the carpet would not be installed until the middle of May. I was looking for a lift chair, and sat in several different chairs, which I also had done previously at a different store. They were all smooth and quite when changing positions. I also found another chair that would work well with the lift chair. Once the delivery people left, I tried the lift chair. I notice right away sounds and movement when putting the feet out, that I NEVER heard from any of the other chairs I tried in the store, including the same one I purchased. I called to have the chair serviced and the tech. said there was nothing wrong with it, and they all made similar noises and movements, which was not my experience with any of the chairs I tested at either store, but he would have the store call me that day or the next day. Several days later, with NO call from the store I called them. Of course, the umber you dial goes to a different location, and they would have them call me back. When I got that call from Michelle, she told me lift chairs could not be returned, and the tech said there was not a problem. Again, I did not hear the noise or the motion on any of the chairs I tried, so she said the store would call me later. It was the next day when they called me back, again repeating the same thing the others said. I just hung up on that person, but I will NEVER step foot in another Levin store again. They had NO problem taking my money!!!

This was my second service from Brahler's, the first a year ago for restoration following water…read morethat seeped into ground floor rooms following torrential early morning rain. Once called, techs arrived within a few hours, pulled carpeting away from walls and placed fans to dry the areas. Speedy, follow up to check progress as promised and the fans were removed when the floor and carpeting were dry. I received a call from Brahler's a week or two ago, reminding me of their work described above and saying they are available for carpet cleaning as well as restoration. I'd been thinking of having carpet and upholstered furniture cleaned, and their call was the incentive to do it now. If I could rate the company above a 5-star, I would. Before the appointment, lamps, end tables, coffee table, and other items that could be taken from the carpeted rooms were removed. The two-person crew called when they left their prior appointment and arrived at my condo at the appointed time. I reviewed with the lead tech what I wanted, answered a few questions to confirm all tasks, and specifically pointed out two *old* stains that previous cleaning companies had failed to remove. Then I got out of the way. Three and a half hours later, they were done. The lead tech said the upholstery would dry quickly, but the carpeting could take 12 to 24 hours. This morning, 16 hours later, I found the upholstery and carpeting dry. Those two stains I pointed out are gone! The furniture and carpeting are 12 years old and it all looks new, refreshed. I am over the moon happy with the results and the professional handling of my carpet and upholstery cleaning from placing the order to waving good-bye to the techs as they pulled out of the driveway! Note that charges are based on square footage to be cleaned. If you have those figures available, the person making the appointment may be able to give you an estimate of the cost. Other companies may be able to do it for less, but, in my opinion, they won't be able to do it better.
