I work at a Church and have ordered countless arrangements from different florist in the Blue Ridge area. I was at a funeral and noticed a BEAUTIFUL arrangement done by Floral Creations. It was Gorgeous and much fuller than other arrangements. We have been using them since that time for any funerals we may have in the Blue Ridge area. This florist does NOT disappoint. I have been using Floral Creations for many years. I recentlly ordered a lilly arrangement with winter greenery and a week later I ordered a dozen roses for my Wifes birthday. My wife loved each one. I live in Savannah, GA and decided to place an online order at 10am yesterday (10/26/16) so flowers could be delivered for my mother's birthday. After I confirmed with her that nothing was delivered I called the shop this morning to see what happened. The lady that answered told me that she did not get my order on her fax machine and proceeded to tell me that I should have called instead of ordering online and that it was not her fault that my order never came over. I asked about the security of my information if her online orders come over via fax (to include credit card, name, address, and phone number) and she said that it wasn't her problem. On their website they state: "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at (706) 632-5006." But when I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction her response is that they have a great business and don't need my business anyways and then hung up the phone. Needless to say I was completely shocked. I wanted to buy flowers locally and chose this florist because they had a nice website and the ability to order online when I am so far away from my mother, guess I was wrong. read more

I am the plant manager at a local business in Blue Ridge. This was the WORST service I have ever experienced. It's a true shame that a small place like our town has to deal with this. I have lived here my whole life have always been proud of the work I do. This florist sure doesn't share the same ethics as the people I have known!!!!!!! I couldn't be any more disappointed in what my WIFE received!!!!!!!!! it was nothing like the online picture I ordered. I called the florist to ask about correcting the order, and spoke to three different employees including someone who said if I would bring the flowers to her she would fix them. I told her, "We're at work." She rudely said, "I am too!" Then at 10:23, she called me to say she was on her way back to get them because she knew they were not right. It's now 1:09 and no sign of her, even though we are almost next door !!! I can promise no one at my plant will ever order from this florist!! read more

I so wish I had read more reviews before I placed my order online with this company. Big mistake! Choose a different local florist if you don't live in this town. This florist gets out of town business because of their well organized web site but believe me when I say DONT ORDER FROM HERE! They did call and tell me that they didn't have the exact bouquet I had paid for.(Which I very much appreciated) Then, however, they proceeded to tell me to never order online because Teleflora takes "half their money" and they really can't provide what you order at Teleflora prices. Then admits that they only take 20%. I stated that the reason why I chose their company this time was BECAUSE of Teleflora, and otherwise would have probably NOT purchased my bouquet from them. We did agree on a suitable replacement even though I am not confident that I will actually get what I paid for. Nonetheless, my family will appreciate whatever they deliver. I can not believe I didn't use the other local florist that I have used in the past several years (N&N)! I hope Deborah realizes how unprofessional she sounds on the phone when she implies that what is on their company website isn't worth a darn and puts less money in their pockets. Oh and I couldn't even get a refund when I finally decided maybe I should have just used another florist all together. Lesson Learned!! read more
