I just got my Mother's Days Flowers. I told the gentleman that delivered them they were late. He said they were short of employees and he would take them back if I didn't want them but then I had to take them as he couldn't tell me if my daughter would get a refund if I he took them back. Called Lincoln City Floral and she said she got the order late. I will be checking on that as soon as I can get hold of my daughter in LA, CA. Told her I was in business many years and when our employees couldn't get the job done on time that my husband and I had to finish it. The company we worked for didn't take any excuses. Will be telling my daughter not to order anymore flowers. They are expensive and a waste of money. To many excuses were made. They should have been more prepared. read more

My sister and I came to Lincoln city from Seattle to visit our Mother and sister at a cemetery, and wanted to buy some flowers. This owner refused to sell us flowers after hearing our story, and told us that she doesn't want to sell us flowers, and that the deer would probably eat them anyways, and then said to go to safeway because her roses are more expensive. This woman should not be in the business of selling flowers if she is selective on who she does business with, and you should never buy from someone who is so cold. We wanted to buy from a local business, but she refused and turned a customer away, and then referred them to a large corporation, and this was a purchase that was to show love for someone who had passed away. Not a good business woman at all, and I'm glad to share my experience with people who are looking to buy flowers for a loved one, because obviously she doesn't care. By the way she deleted my review on her website, and she only has good reviews, so I'm posting this here and on her Facebook page, since she is dishonest on her reviews, and a very cold business woman. read more

I ordered some Valentines flowers and asked for them to be delivered to the Inn at the Spanish Head in Lincoln City. This florist did a above expectations delivery for me. Multipule times today I have tried to set up a time for flowers to be delivered to our hotel room for my daughters 18th birthday on Friday. I called the first time and the lady asked me to call back in 15-20 min as she was unloading flowers from the truck. So I called back 26 min later and she said she was at the bank and she would call me back later, then said I can take your order and get payment info later and it just didn't seem right. After a min I just said I'd call her back as this would be a nice surprise I can't order in when my daughter is around. I don't know shop hrs so I just called and there was no answer or voicemail. I will try to find another place to get flowers delivered. This shop had high ratings so called it first. read more

I purchased flower online from Floral Expressions. I live local. I reviewed the flower arrangements online. There was three different sizes S/M/L of the same floral arrangement. I been married to my wire for 32 years so of coarse I got the large. Unfortunately I received the small. I actually counted the flower to make sure. I called and talked to the owner. She told me she did not know what size they sent for she had two other girls helping her. She said she could send me additional flowers but was going to check with the other girls but was to busy to help me than. So she took my contact information but a week passed and I heard nothing. NOT good business practice for sure. I guess might not matter to her since this is small town and few options for residents to choose from. Sad but caution and maybe pick up from the store so as you can examine what your paying for before you Pay. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service! I ordered flowers on May 9th to have them delivered to my mom for mother's day. I ordered them online through the website and paid for them, put in the address, and everything went through. Mother's day comes around and I asked my mom if she got anything delivered and she said no. I waited til after the next day, thinking that maybe they didn't deliver on sunday but would deliver the next business day. By Tuesday when she still had not received any flowers, I called the business. As it turns out, the owner cancelled my order because my mom's house was outside of where she delivers to. (I do not live in Oregon so I do not know how long it takes to get to different cities, but I though from Lincoln City to Newport was fine especially since the order went through on the website.) I understand the distance issue, but my problem was I never received a call to say they were cancelled. So I told the owner that's fine, but please refund my money. After numerous phone calls, messages, and just about 2 months later, I still have NOT received my money. I have tried to be as patient as possible, but this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I even gave the owner of the shop my home address so she could send me a refund check if she could not get my money refunded back on my card. And yet i still do not even have a check. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON USE THIS FLORAL SHOP. UPDATE: It is now November and I still have not received my money back. I finally have given up on trying to get it back because apparently this shop owner does not know how to run a business and does not care about her customers that even keep her in business. I am done with dealing with her. I can only hope that my review here will keep other potential customers from making the same mistake that I did by assuming she could do her job. read more

I love this florist! I sent my mother a smallish birthday bouquet with balloons and a small stuffed animal. This was several weeks ago. I spoke with my mother today and she told me.how beautiful they still are! Very reasonably priced and I received a notification as soon as they were delivered!
