My favorite part about Floravere is the fact that Lay only has one appointment at a time. It felt special, and there was less space for judgement than when many other people are also trying on dresses. The gowns themselves are stunning-the fabric is so beautiful and feels good against your skin. Some of the dresses are lined in silk, which is so luxurious. My favorite part is that they were also so comfortable but still looked like a million dollars. I worked with Lay and she was fantastic. Fun and professional and complimentary. I didn't bring people with me, but I was able to call a friend on FaceTime, and Lay helped talk through the details of the gowns and helped to steer me gently away from gowns that were way above my budget. The dresses are a perfect mix of modern, trendy, classic, and traditional, so I would definitely recommend for someone who's having a hard time finding a dress that fits their style. I'd love to say "I will shop here again," but.... I'm hoping to never have to buy another wedding dress again lol. But I WILL tell my friends to give Floravere a try. read more

I had such a great experience with Tiffany R on my visit to Floravere! It was my first dress shopping experience as a newly engaged bride. I am not a sample size bride so was initially intimidated but she made the experience so easy and comfortable. She had samples ready that actually fit and were beautiful. Loved the personalized experience of being in the hotel suite, it was very comfortable and welcoming. She had great advice and ideas but liked that she wasn't pushy and talked through my decision with me, as well as made me feel beautiful! I came back with my MOH and mom and had a very similar experience. I'm giving 5 stars for Tiffany and these experiences. Thanks Tiffany, would def recommend new brides come to you! I did book a follow-up in NYC when I was shopping with friends and was really disappointed because they only had very small samples at the suite (not showroom)...which basically had everything hanging out and was very uncomfortable. Wish this had been planned better from their end. I rescheduled for Philly and had another great experience w/ Tiffany. For Floravere in general, wish they had more options that go above Size 14! read more

Had such a wonderful experience with Lay! She was really kind and knowledgeable and just did such a great job! I thought I found my dress the second one in and she was really patient when I needed to try others on to be totally sure. I think there may have been a little confusion when we arrived with the front desk set up at the hotel. We arrived 15 minutes early and the front desk attendant told us they weren't ready for us yet (which we expected) and we were told to sit in the lounge and someone would let us know when they were ready. 25 minutes later, so 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin no one had come to get us. Floravere caught me off guard- AMAZING! Right before I went to Floravere, I thought I had found "the one" at another store, but the stylist was so pushy and aggressive in trying to get me to commit that my friends and I left feeling stressed out and uncomfortable. We figured we would go to Floravere anyway since we had already made an appointment, but the experience we had there changed everything. From the moment we walked into the beautiful suite, we were greeted by our stylist Lay with champagne. She was patient, asked me all about the venue and vibe I was going for, and made me feel so comfortable! She knew when to stay with us, and when to give my group some privacy. I highly recommend requesting her if you're in Boston or Philly. She was not pushy or overly salesy at all, and even said she would prefer for me to take my time and think it over before I decide. The next morning after my appointment I woke up and I knew the dress I tried on at Floravere was perfect. I texted her and bought it right away! The collection is beautiful, comfortable, unique, and all within a VERY surprisingly good price range (about $700 less than the other one I was considering). I had a lovely appointment at Floravere with Lizzie. My mom and I came in for a 9 AM appointment on a Sunday (thankful for their great weekend hours!) and it was a great way to start our day. Lizzie had a great energy and was so fun to try on dresses with. She had some great recommendations and she was extremely helpful when it came to making decisions that felt right for me. The dresses were lovely and the space was absolutely stunning! The dresses were all beautiful and high quality, while having prices that are reasonable compared to other similar designers and styles. Lay was so helpful in the wedding dress process. This was the first place I went out of three and by far the best experience overall. Oh my gosh... 5 stars isn't even enough for the amazing time I had picking out my wedding dress at Floravere! First off, my stylist Lay was AMAZING. She was incredibly professional, helpful and fun! This was the first place I went to in searching for my dress. I went to one after (which was really expensive) and had horrible customer service, the dresses weren't nice, and they even switched stylists in the middle of my appointment because the girl had to catch a train *eye roll*. Insane! But at Floravere it was comfy and intimate. Only you and your stylist and your guest(s). Lay listened to what I wanted and I tried on a handful of beautiful dresses. The lighting was great in the room and I felt really special and pretty! We didn't talk about prices until the end but I was so shocked at how inexpensive they were!!! Such amazing value. Honestly every dress felt like it would be at least 5-10 thousand. I know since it's a boutique smaller store I'm not going to see many other brides in the world with my dress. I'm super happy that I came back after checking out other dress shops and bought my dress from here. Highly recommended!! read more

I loved my experience here at Floravere Boston. Lay was my stylist and she created a wonderful atmosphere. I had texted her the Floravere dresses I was most interested in before the appointment and she had already pulled them forward when I arrived - one dress was no longer on the website, and she had made a point of finding it so I could try it on anyways... this was the dress I ultimately fell in love with and ordered for my wedding! She was patient and showed the other dresses to me, and let me try on as many as I wanted. She made my mom and sisters feel comfortable, while advocating for me. What followed ended up being a very fun and no pressure situation where my stylist, Taylor helped me narrow down what I did and didn't like and pushed me try new things along the way. I am not big on writing reviews, but I bought my wedding dress here yesterday and Lay was an awesome consultant. She had great insights and really helped me choose (and customize) a dress I love! She truly knows the collection and won't waste your time if she can tell you aren't that into the dress you have on. The salon itself was really cute--not your typical bridal store. I felt very comfortable and relaxed being there, which is not really how I expected to feel buying a wedding dress. My sister and I also messed up entering the information for our order, and Lay very patiently called me at 8:30 pm to make sure everything was fixed before she left for the day. The dresses are beautiful and (comparatively for wedding dresses) very reasonably priced. I am so excited for my dress to arrive in January and would absolutely recommend checking out Floravere. read more

I didn't end up getting my dress from Floravere, but I still have to give Lay a good rating. I've visited a number of bridal salons, and going to Floravere was the most fun and relaxing of them all. Lay was fun, easy-going, and lovely, and the dresses were amazing to try on. The styles range from clean and figure-flattering to elaborate (but not tacky) and voluminous. They were all incredibly unique, flattering, and high-quality. I would highly recommend Floravere for the both the experience & the product. read more

My experience with Lay, the head stylist, was wonderful on so many different levels. She offered me water/bubbles the moment I walked in to the hotel suite (which was very intimate and lovely, by the way!). She listened attentively to the style I was going for, gave me ample time to try on different dresses, and also helped me take lots of pictures to share with friends and family. What I appreciated the most about my Floravere experience--in addition to having Lay as my stylist--was that the sample sizes were actually close to my size. I had a few other bridal appointments before this one, and in all of those instances, the sample sizes were about four times my size; even with the best of clippings, it was hard for me to visualize the look. I also liked that Floravere asked me to send a list of styles I wanted to try from the collection, so as to have a more focused session. I ended up going with a dress from an exclusive (not yet launched) collection which Lay had available in the Boston showroom the weekend of my visit. I felt very lucky to have found the one on my first visit! Looking forward to receiving my dress in about five months! read more
