I definitely had the best experience of the weekend here. Before visiting, you use their online portal to select your favorite dresses from their collection. When I arrived, you could tell that the stylist had spent some time reviewing my choices and really put some thought into how to structure the appointment. I tried on all of my favorites, and also quite a few of her recommendations in similar styles. I loved so many of the dresses I tried on, I'd say their collection is trendier than a lot of other places I visited, but still has some classic styles mixed in. While my other appointments were pretty hit or miss, basically everything I tried on here was high quality and so beautiful. The store itself is really pretty too, it feels super high-end and relaxing at the same time. There's a private room with a changing area for the bride and seating for guests, and it seems like they only do one shopping appointment and one dress pick-up appointment at a time, so it's really private. The prices were fair, ordering and dress pick-up process was seamless, and the staff was so helpful along the way. They don't offer alterations in house, but have two preferred tailoring partners they can refer you too. I picked my dress about 10 months before my wedding, and had to pay a small rush fee to get the dress in time, so make sure you plan way ahead. Loved the experience overall and am so so happy with my dress. I've already been recommending it to all the future brides in my life!!

Olivia was extremely knowledgeable about all of the dress designers, fabrics, and various colors that all of the dresses were available in. She was able to answer every question that we threw at her (and there were plenty)! In my experience, the bride wasn't 100% sure of the type of bridesmaid dresses she wanted us to wear for her wedding, but with Olivia's help we are all able to agree on a dress and we all left loving the dress and feeling good in it! For a group of 6 very different women to all agree on the same dress and actually walk away loving it is a testament to the incredible selection that Olivia has to offer and her dedication to helping you find that perfect dress! I had a tough off…read morethe shoulder, asymmetrical dress with 2 different types of fabric and she took it in multiple sizes (I think it was 12 and I was a 6!). She was also really accommodating in terms of fitting times since I worked out of state on weekdays. In three weeks Margherita finished tailoring my dress and the results were fantastic, bustle and all, and I went happily on my way. A couple of things that I wish could be improved - When I first commissioned her we agreed on one price and then she called the next week to say she underestimated the work and it would cost $50 more, but that she felt badly since it was her mistake so could we just split it down the middle. I agreed but thought it was a strange. The other thing was that since I was traveling to a different state for the wedding she didn't press the dress, which I understand because it gets wrinkled anyway. However, the part where she shortened the dress (new folds created) she didn't press either, so I had to do it myself to create that nice even line at the bottom, which given the price I would assume she would have helped with.

Hranush altered my wedding gown for my wedding this past May and I cannot recommend her enough! My…read moredress was no easy feat - it was lacy with an incredible amount of detail, and in order to shorten the dress, Hranush had to remove all the detail from the lace first and then re-add all the detail back onto the lace after shortening. She must have the steadiest hand of all time and patience like no other because she executed everything PERFECTLY. I also really appreciated her honesty with me throughout the entire process. When I first tried on the dress for her, she immediately noticed that the ballroom-style skirt was a bit large for my petite frame, so she suggested that we remove a few layers of the petticoat under the skirt. I trusted her suggestion and I'm really glad I did because it came out incredible! Great experience all around.
