I had a wonderful experience at Musette and found exactly what I was looking for! Reese was extremely helpful without being pushy or overbearing. With each dress I tried on she offered suggestions around ways to change or alter the dress depending on what I liked or didn't like. For the dress I ended up going with, she had the great idea to add detachable straps so that I could have 1 look for the church and something different (and easier to dance in) for the reception. I will say that I was skeptical at first because I couldn't get a sense of what to expect from their website or social media presence. It is a little confusing whether or not you are shopping at Musette or Boston Bridal Rack given that they share space on the 4th floor of the building. To be honest I'm still not clear which selection goes with which store but that didn't sway me from purchasing my dress. I bought my wedding dress from here is late 2017. I went to two visits and it was one of the best shopping experiences of the many bridal salons I went too. You can wonder through their racks and pick dresses you like. My salesperson was attentive and helpful and had some of her own suggestions too. I was alone and she offered to take lots of pics. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or pressure to make a decision right then. If all of the squealing "say yes to the dress" nonsense makes you want to leap out of the nearest window, Musette might be your bridal haven. I adore it, from the sales staff to the setting to the dresses. Like a lot of the reviewers here, I totally agree that the staff take a more hands off approach ("disengaged" etc) but I'd characterize it as "chill" instead. It's a calm, adult approach - they let you do your own thing, they don't push, they don't put you on the spot, they are professional, and they're kind. The emphasis is on their gorgeous dresses, with their intricate details, not on the showroom (which is elegant too - they just don't have silly flashing lights or curtains or things like that). I don't really understand how this place has such great reviews. The shop is gorgeous and located on Newbury street, but those are the only things this bridal salon has going for it. I have tried on my fair share of wedding dresses before I booked an appointment at this store. I knew exactly what style I was looking for, and I looked on their website to make sure that they carried designers and styles that I was interested in (I was dying to try the Pronovias gowns with fitted chiffon skirts). Unfortunately, many of the dresses they show on their website are not available in the store. Most of the styles had very full skirts and were more of a traditional style than I was hoping for. If I knew this ahead of time I never would have booked an appointment. So DO NOT trust their website! They clearly don't update their inventory. The staff was polite but had NO personality. When I asked the sales lady why they didn't carry the dresses that they showed online, she simply shrugged. I was frustrated after trying on three dresses, so we left after only being in the salon for 20 minutes. It was by far the worst dress appointment I had to date. Feeling defeated, we wandered down Newbury into Musette's sister store, L'elite Bridal. Even though I didn't have an appointment they welcomed us in. The staff there was friendly and determined to help me find the gown I envisioned. After an incredibly enjoyable and productive experience, I said yes to my dream dress. Musette Bridal took over the old L'Elite space after they moved up the street to a better location. I originally purchased my wedding dress through L'Elite (my experience, unlike so many others, was excellent) but when my dress came in - I was told that the alterations specialist handling my alterations was operating out of the old space under the new name (Musette). My first fitting I came armed with a handful of bridesmaids and I was so excited to try the dress on. It was clearly too long and way too big, but given that the big day was over 6 months away the only alterations to be done at the time were bustling and hemming. I stood quietly sweating my proverbial balls off (it's a three story hike from street level to the third floor alterations department) in the dress while the alternations specialist (who is fabulous and I can't say enough good things about her personality and professionalism) hemmed the dress and pinned the bustle. The second visit I came in with just my sister and donned the dress again. To my surprise, the bustle was done - but they hadn't hemmed it at all. I had thought I would see the dress at the correct length (being that the second appointment was nearly 3 months later). That part bummed me out, but the alterations specialist pinned the dress at the bodice where it would be taken in. Finally, my third appointment I came alone. Thanks to a little weight loss, the dress was STILL too big so I ended up getting pinned again to have it taken in 6 more inches. So if I kept coming back again and again...why only three stars?? The cost was outrageous. My wedding gown was ~$2500 to begin with and when all was said and done...I paid an additional $700 in alterations. The first appointment I was charged $500 for the hem and the bustle. The next two times I had to have the dress taken in it was $100 a pop. I didn't expect to incur such a major cost with alterations. Yes, I could have taken it elsewhere...but when it came down to it, I was too nervous to take a chance on altering it anywhere else. read more

My friend and I stopped in here after being directed from their more expensive sister salon, L'Elite. It was a little hard to find - it's up on the second floor next to the L'Elite evening gown place. Look up and you can see wedding dresses in the window. The women were really friendly and nice. We had decided to look at wedding dresses but didn't realize we'd need appointments everywhere to try anything on. The ladies at Musette understood our situation (and our budget) and since they weren't too busy, they took us to the third floor to look at and try on some sample dresses. Our consultant was really good at evaluating our body type and choosing flattering dress types to try on. The prices were good for designer wedding gowns (50% for the samples, e.g., so there were dresses available for under $2000). The consultant also had good suggestions on how she would alter the dresses to fit and add things like sashes, etc. Neither of us found the perfect dress but it was very nice to be able to actually try things on instead of being told to make an appointment and come back in a few weeks. read more

Terrible and pretentious service. The consultant they paired me up with had no knowledge of the dresses and straight up told me that this is not her normal job and she usually works in the back. That was pretty obvious when she couldn't answer any of my questions about the dresses (e.g., do they come in different colors, can certain alterations be made) and had limited knowledge of their inventory. I called weeks in advance to schedule this consultation and at a minimum, I'd expect to be paired with a knowledgeable consultant. I came in with a budget of 5,000 and I was fully willing to go over this budget if I found my 'dream' dress, but certainly never at this store where I was treated like a second class citizen. read more

I had the best experience at Pronovias. I worked with Myrlie, she was absolutely amazing (as was everyone at Pronovias). Not only do they have an amazing (and affordable) collection but Myrlie really listened to my thoughts about what I loved and didn't love. At the beginning of the appointment I walked through the showroom and picked out a few dresses to try on and loved them all. Myrlie then went to the back to grab a dress she thought I would love...turns out I really loved it because that's the dress I ended up buying (which goes to prove how attentive she was). This review is for their alterations department. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and their lack of tailoring ruined my wedding day. I had 5 fittings with their seamstress in the year leading up to my wedding. On my wedding day with family and friends around me, I went to put on my wedding dress, only to find that the inside hem was never shorten and had SEVERAL PINS in it. I was stabbed by them and bleed onto my dress. I was devastated my dress was incomplete and that I was bleeding on it. I was tripping over my dress the whole day and almost fell walking down the aisle. My bridal party had to make an emergency run to buy safety pins and pin up my dress, something that shouldn't have to be done since I paid for alternations. read more

I had such a great experience at Musette that I wanted to make sure I posted a review. I was extremely hesitant to attend the shop due to a supremely bad experience I had the week prior at a "sister" location (the service was the worst I had ever seen in all my shopping). But Musette carried the designer I was interested in, so despite their affiliation, I decided to proceed with an appointment. I am SO GLAD I did. Not only did I find my dress, but the service was exceptional. My mother, sister and I were greeted warmly by Mila. She is the person with whom I had booked the appointment over the phone, and she had assured me everything would be okay. And it was. She was TERRIFIC. She took an interest in meeting my family, offered us water, listened to me when I explained the style I was looking for, actively reviewed the styles that I had pinned, and encouraged us to look around the shop and pull what we liked. It was how a bridal appointment should be (and 100% different than what happened at the affiliated store). She pulled additional dresses that she thought would work well, and also kept us informed if any dresses we were pulling happened to be above my price range (which was much appreciated). Mila helped me into all the dresses and made sure everything looked okay when I was in front of the mirror and my family. She explained how each dress would look once tailored. She discussed all options of the dresses, and offered her expert opinion when asked. Ultimately I chose the dress that I specifically visited for and had requested to try. The process of purchasing it was smooth and easy. Mila explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I was just so pleased. The shop was bright and clean. It was very open and comfortable. We were the only ones in the shop, save for a quick visit by a few women who were browsing. It was really peaceful. One of the biggest compliments I can provide actually came from my mother. She despises shopping, and even she said that she really enjoyed Musette and it was just so relaxing. I'm looking forward to receiving my dress and to begin the tailoring process. I can't thank Musette and Mila enough for the experience and the assistance. The moment I stepped into MusetteBridal, the adorable receptionist and sales rep greeted me with warm smiles. They have a great selection of designer dresses. They also offer custom made dresses for someone seeking a personalized touch on her wedding dress. I met with the designer to better acknowledge myself on customizing a dress. She was extremely kind and informative. I ended up not going ahead with the customization because I already purchased a dress at Kleinfeld, however Musette Bridal is a GEM! I had the most enjoyable experience selecting my bridal gown at Musette Bridal. It is a bright and spacious salon with many gorgeous dresses. The dressing rooms are spacious and I had the entire salon to myself both times I visited. They have a nice array of dresses, styles, and prices from which to choose. Mila was assisting me, and she was absolutely fantastic! I told her what I was looking for and we chose several gowns together. There were a few gowns that I tried that were above my price range and she was able to offer me discounted prices on the samples. Since I was trying these gowns on by myself she was kind enough to take several photos of me in each of the gowns so that I could send to friends and family. Additionally, there were several Pronovias gowns that I was interested in (that they did not have in the store) and she made the effort to contact Pronovias to see if they could borrow the gowns for a weekend so I could try them on and got back to me via email in less than 24 hours. I received no pressure at all to buy a dress that day and was told to "take my time". It was the most pleasant of all of the bridal shopping experiences I have had in Boston and the surrounding areas thus far. When I came back to try on my favorite gown, Mila accommodated my schedule and assisted me once again. When she was taking my measurements to order the gown, I was in between sizes on the waist and she had the tailor come and re-measure me to ensure I got the most appropriate size ordered. I was extremely grateful for all of her time and effort in getting me the best wedding gown. Overall I applaud Musette for being the best experience I have had in my wedding planning process. I had a very stressful experience with Musette Bridal (aka "Boston Bridal Rack") which included my gown "shrinking" (which in my opinion might have been a scam). Consequentially, I would NOT recommend Musette. I went to the store around 2 months before my wedding, and was thus limited to samples. After a nice experience, I committed to a "Pronovias Vicenta" gown for $1,200. The lace on the top of the gown came off a little but other than that, the gown was in very good shape and I was happy to purchase it. The dress was several inches too long and ~ 2 sizes too large. We had to clip it in a lot. So, I was going to have to alter the dress later. I was told that, because the gown was a sample, it would be sent to a professional cleaning service. I had to pay for the dress in full on the day, but had to leave the dress with them for cleaning. One month after my appointment, the dress was ready for pickup. Luckily, I wanted to try my dress back on when I came. To my disbelief, the dress was suddenly too SMALL and of VERY POOR quality! It was way too short even without wearing shoes (my toes peaked out), whereas before, the dress was way too long even with heels. Moreover, whereas the dress previously had to be clipped around my hips and waist, I could now hardly zip it up. It was so tight that it made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, the dress was worn down. It was very dirty - grey rather than white. Many parts of the lace seemed to peel off. I got very upset. To me, it felt like I was given a completely different dress - possibly one that was no longer salable due to its poor condition. This was not the same dress I had purchased, and it definitely hadn't been "cleaned"! I felt scammed, and if I hadn't tried the dress back on, I think this would have been the end of the story. I complained. The store manager told me that the dress must have "shrank" during the cleaning. According to the manager, crepe material shrinks when it is exposed to heat. However, I am not sure how even a crepe dress would shrink two full sizes. I made my discontent very clear, and was very upset. I also mentioned that I felt scammed. I was prepared to request my money back, but the manager asked me to give them a week to fix the dress. She said that the in-house seamstress would be able to take out some of the material around the hips, and would be able to press the dress to make it longer again. I was skeptical but accepted the wait. A week later, I returned. The dress on the hanger was beautiful, white, high quality, like new. It was more beautiful and in better condition than the original sample gown. When I tried the dress on, it was again very long, and much too large. I don't know how the dress could have transformed so much. From the first, to the second, to the third dress, I had the feeling that these were three different gowns and not the same gown. The third dress, to my satisfaction, looked like an entirely new dress to me. So, I took the dress home. Even though I received a beautiful dress in the end, I was very stressed throughout. I was nervous, upset, sad. I even thought of moving the wedding. I then purchased a last-minute backup dress from David's bridal which I later sent back. But, the whole process was very taxing. I still am skeptical about what I was told. I do not trust this store. I feel like I was almost scammed, but that I was able to catch it and was therefore given a "the dress shrank" cover story. Concluding, stay away from both Musette Bridal/Boston Bridal Rack! But, if you do end up going there, be skeptical. If you purchase a sample gown, take it with you on your day of purchase. Don't let them do "cleaning". Don't do your alterations with them. Don't leave your dress out of sight. And, if something goes wrong, speak up! Don't let yourself get bullied! Also, Musette gave me a quote of $600 for alterations. During my wait, I made some calls to tailors. I actually found a tailor (Le Couturier) who quoted $300. And, who knows what might happen when you leave your dress with them for alterations... read more

I went to Musette two weeks ago on a Sunday. After having a dream-like experience at I Do Weddings on Tremont St (highly recommend!) I went to this boutique next, excited and expecting a similar experience. When I walked in, it was a sub par experience at best. The two women working the boutique that day had a disengaged and uninterested attitude/approach from the moment we walked in. If you are going to be in the business of bridal boutiques and selling wedding dresses, honor the fact that you are potentially helping a woman find the dress of her dreams to wear on one of the most important and memorable days of her life. Myself and my family stayed the full appointment and tried on a few dresses, but we were unimpressed with the service. Honestly, I was eager to leave. There was no consulting, asking what I liked/didnt like about each dress. They do have some beautiful dresses, but none that were quite what I was looking for. Even if I found a dress I "loved" there, I doubt I would have purchased it. I'm too petty to give business and spend thousands of dollars on a dress at a boutique that clearly doesn't value customer service. Actually, it's not even petty- it's common sense. I can't even remember the name of the girl that helped me, but trust she was as forgetful as her dry attitude. read more

I absolutely loved my experience at Musette! It is a gorgeous space with a fantastic selection of gowns - more importantly, Milena was wonderful! She helped me find my dream dress. I went back to the store several times to try it on again and to pick the color, and each time she was so kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. She even requested fabric samples from the designer for me so I could see the dress color options in person. The dress was a bit above my budget and she worked with the owner to find a more reasonable price point for me. I also loved that they offer "as-needed" alterations pricing, not just one giant flat fee. Sadly, I ended up purchasing the dress from Nordstrom (it's an out of town wedding and we got reward points...) but I felt terrible not buying from Musette and Milena after all of their fabulous help! She made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped me pull dresses according to the styles I was leaning towards. She was very conscious of my budget, and made sure I was aware of what buckets the different dresses fell into. Reese, just like the candy, was the sweetest sales girl I could have asked for. We had come from a very disappointing appointment at Flair and I was feeling a bit frustrated. Reese listened to exactly what I wanted and was very understanding with the budget. She walked me through every single dress so I could see them and decide if I wanted to try them on. She was attentive and would listen to all feedback and adjust other dresses she went to grab based on it. We got to the appointment early and left a bit past closing, and they never ONCE made you feel rushed or as if we had to leave. I found my perfect dress, from the Ramona Keveza Legends collection, and am so pleased with Musette. I highly recommend making an appointment here. The space is well lit, classy and very personal. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your dress. I'm writing this review because I had a series of very poorly handled events and little-to-no effort was made to make it up to me as a customer. I bought a beautiful Vera Wang dress for my wedding which I should have purchased elsewhere. My experience in the beginning was good, great service and the sales woman Ali was wonderful. After purchasing my dress it all went downhill. They failed to call me when my dress came in, so finally I called and they said it "actually came in today" which was clearly a lie. Then when inquiring about my belt they told me it was discontinued and they messed up not telling me it was discontinued, but could offer me the sample. I said, no problem, the sample belt will be just fine. Then at my first fitting they tell me that they sold the sample belt to someone else and no longer have it. Then offered a similar belt to me at a "discounted rate", which was not a good deal and not the same belt at all. To make this situation worse, I had a custom veil made to match the original belt. This was handled so poorly between the shop and the alterations department. While they seemed to feel bad about the situation they never made any effort to make it up to me, which is why I'm writing this review. I understand mistakes happen and internal business miscommunications happen, but that needs to be handled by making it up to the customer. To add to my terrible experience my alterations on my dress were $1,010. I didn't have any crazy adjustments made on the dress at all and my bustle also broke at the end of the night. $280 for hemming (I'm tall and needed less than 1/4 of an inch taken up, nothing crazy) $250 for a bustle, $180 for a zipper adjustment, $150 for taking in the sides just a hair, $150 for buttons. These prices are double the average. For such a special day, take your business elsewhere. There's enough planning and stress which is out of your hands, this store will cause you more. read more

I came to Musette to go wedding dress shopping for my little sister. It is a beautiful shop, but I was surprised by the unpleasant attitude of the staff who greeted us. Rather than celebrating the exciting occasion that the day should be, they rushed us and seemed annoyed that we had even showed up for our appointment. If you did find a wedding gown there (which costs more than the official Vera Wang store), DO NOT do your alteration there! They are a total ripoff, and extremely unreliable. Like other girls, I thought a bridal shop on Newbury street would be classy, reliable, and professional. I found my dream Vera Wang dress there, and purchased it. I also found a Vera Wang veil there, and they told me that it is $650 but they can offer some discount-- $500 final price. I then called the Vera Wang flagship store in NYC, and found out that the official price of this exact same veil (length, color, design) is much cheaper-- $350. I ended up buying the veil from the official Vera Wang store and saved $150 and its tax free!!! The alteration process with Musette was a NIGHTMARE. First off, they ordered a size 4 for me (which is WAY TOO BIG), and had to alter it to almost size 0. Second, they gave me a quote of $750 after seeing me in the dress, and promised me that this price includes take-in, hemming, bustling, and cup stitches. They guaranteed that this price includes everything it needs for the dress to fit perfectly. **SUGGESTION here for all the brides: have them write this promise down in email so you have a reference in the future (you will need it, because they LIE to get more money once you give them your dress).** Long story short, my seamstress Lili was awful. She pretended to be nice throughout the fitting sessions, but was extremely fake and unprofessional. My dress is low back and strapless, so it really needs to be tailored correctly. Lili said it will be done in 2-3 fitting sessions, but it ended up taking over 7 sessions. The main reason? She WOULD NOT use a tape measure, and just casually pinned the dress for rough estimates, and of course in the next fitting sessions, the dress was always either WAY TOO TIGHT or WAY TOO LOOSE (falling without any movement but a few breathings). Pure waste of time. (We did the fitting sessions twice a week so there's not much time for me to gain or lose wight.). Finally during our last session, she decided that she needs to use a tape measure to get the exact size for take-in. What a surprise, the dress fits now. Wait for another surprise--she then gave me a bill, charging an extra $300 on top of the $750. I politely refused to pay extra, as this extra charge was NEVER DISCUSSED throughout the fitting sessions. Lili the seamstress raged in anger and THREATENED ME THAT SHE WOULD UNDO THE ALTERATION IF I DON'T PAY THAT EXTRA $300. Ladies, if you don't want to go through the extreme stress of risking your wedding gown being RUINED by them on purpose... less than 2 weeks prior to your big day, don't go there. read more

I had a great experience here, and most of that can be attributed to Reese - she is the sweetest girl and super helpful. Originally, I had booked this appointment just to have the 'Newbury Street Experience.' It was the 3rd appointment I had scheduled that day, but it actually ended up being the perfect way to end my day. In my first ever bridal appointment (at a salon in NH), I completely fell in love with a Pronovias gown, the downfall was the only sample they had was too small for me to actually try on, and we had to 'paper-doll' the dress. I knew this dress was something special because even without wearing it we all had that 'this is it' moment and tears were shed. But I didn't purchase the gown because I had more appointments the following day with my Grandmother and wanted to share this experience of looking for dresses with her. Cut to the following morning, I decided to see if any of our appointments scheduled for the day carried Pronovias dresses and Musette did! I called earlier in the day and spoke with Reese who assured me they did in fact have THE dress. So Musette quickly went from a 'just for the fun of it' appointment to the real deal and I couldn't wait, my only worry was what if this was a small sample size too?? The salon is on the second floor, and has been perfectly situated into the older building. I love old Boston buildings like these, with creaky wooden floors, unique floorplans, and that nostalgic feel. So, from the moment I walked in, I was in love - and super excited about seeing 'my' gown again. Reese introduced herself and took us to the back area where there were chairs and a bench, it was the perfect space - very private and perfect for our group of 5 (including me). As soon as Reese realized I was the one who had called earlier she brought THE dress and a couple others right away for me to try. Of course, the time had come - would it be big enough to try on? IT WAS!! It was perfect and there I was again having my 'this is it' moment, we put on a veil and I was sold! However, Reese knows what she's doing - she brought two other gorgeous dresses and I couldn't leave without at least trying them. That's when things got interesting, Reese had pulled another Pronovias gown that rivaled the original - the shape/style was the same, but the material was a flowy organza and we went through the whole process again, veil and all. My family and I loved both and it was definitely going to be a tough decision. Unfortunately, with this new dress in the mix, I didn't 'say yes' to either, but I left that appointment feeling great and I know I have two beautiful gowns to choose from! Meh. Expected more from a "boutique on Newbury." Dresses were pretty but nothing too impressive, I mainly went there because they carry Pronovias dresses but she only had two for me to try on.....really? They were also dresses that I believe were "last season" (I've seen several people wearing one in particular over the last two years) and it was full price. Saleswoman also started showing me gowns 2k over my budget which I thought was a little sneaky, and she seemed very disengaged throughout the appointment. I had a "meh" experience and if you're lookin for Pronovias, don't waste your time here just go to their flagship in NYC you won't regret it! read more

The staff at Musette made picking out my wedding dress stress free and such a fun experience! They treated me as if I was their only client & made sure I was treated like a princess. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Musette. I come from seacoast New England and currently live in Boston, so while I had very high hopes for my wedding gown, I wanted to keep the search local. I visited a few other salons in New Hampshire and Boston, and Musette was incredible. They are the only salon in MA that carries gowns by a designer I really liked, and they worked with me in the month leading up to my appointment to get a few additional styles from that designer so that I could try them on - one of them was my absolute favorite from online searching, and getting to try it on was fantastic. (It even ended up being my dress!!) They also helped me work with the designer afterward to make some custom alterations to the dress, and were excited along with me throughout the process. They were very responsive to emails, phone calls, questions and requests leading up to, during and after my appointment. They made me feel special, and while they are a salon that carries very nice lines of gowns, they did not feel stuffy - the people and the salon was very comfortable and warm. They never rushed me, and they made themselves available to help in any way they could. At the end of the day, I am so pleased that my business went to them. Wonderful! Wonderful!! Wonderful experience at Musette!!! This was the first store I went wedding dress shopping at, and I chose the third dress I tried on. I lurrrved it! The sales consultants and alterations department were were very accommodating and efficient. I had all my fittings in two weeks because I had to take my dress with me when I was leaving the US for the period before my wedding. Everything that was set to be done at each appointment was done, and done well. They weren't pushy or condescending. If I had a request for the fitting, maybe cinching in the waist, the atelier explained why or why not they could/ could not do one alteration or the other. I'm very pleased with my purchase and there overall experience. Reese was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was super helpful and knowledgable about all of the different designers and fits/styles of each dress I tried on. Since this was my first experience in a Bridal Salon, I was worried that my allergy to polyester was going to pose a serious problem but with Reese's help I ended up keeping a severe allergic reaction at bay and was even able to find a 100% Silk Dress. Reese periodically asked how I was doing (with my allergy) which was super sweet of her and made me feel like she cared about my experience and not about pushing me to buy a dress. Musette has a wide variety of style and color options along with lots of gorgeous designers (I highly recommend Pronovias and Romona Keveza). I was incredibly pleased with the level of service I received from my consultant, Mila. She listened to my vision for the wedding, pulled some beautiful dresses for me, and respected my price range. Mila was very attentive and remembered my preferences. My mom and sister were with me. They were allowed to take photos of me wearing a few dresses, and also photos of the showroom area. I'm super frugal and picky about my wedding dress, and I've been to 7 bridal salons in the Boston area. However, the service at Musette blew me away. My consultant Alina was never pushy and extremely patient and always helpful. It took me a long time to decide on a dress and required multiple trips back to the shop, but when I finally did and put my deposit down, I felt very confident it was the right decision. I like their location on Newbury -- very easy to get to using any T line and their hours are convenient. They are pricey but their Pronovias line is wonderful quality and frankly ended up costing less than some dresses I tried on at local "budget" bridal salons. read more

I came to Musette for my second day of trying on dresses and had a fantastic experience with Milena. I had been somewhat discouraged after my first day when nothing really stood out to me- Milena was very patient and a great blend of helpful/offering her opinion and standing back to let my friends and I reflect. She didn't make me feel bad for being picky and had great suggestions for styling/veils. I didn't buy my dress that day because it's at the top of my price range and I need to think more, but I absolutely would have, based on my experience, if I was ready. Overall, I highly recommend Musette (the overall salon is nice too, there were only two other appointments on a Saturday at 11:30, so it didn't feel rushed or crowded) and Milena! read more
