We provided a photo of something we liked, chose the size, and entrusted them with a very important part of a very important event for our family. They did a lovely job recreating the style and colors we wanted; the wreath was truly beautiful. They delivered the wreath on schedule and their price was very reasonable. I was driving down Western one day and saw this floral shop and decided to stop in and ask a few questions since I was looking for a florist for my wedding. I have to tell you I could not be happier with my decision! My wedding was this past Sunday and my flowers couldn't have been more beautiful. From the floral centerpieces to my bridal bouquet to my ceremony arch that she put together, I couldn't be happier. Affordable is one thing, but quality and presentation are 2 completely different things and I was happy with it all! I highly recommend Beautiful Flowers. Need some fresh cut flowers? Come to beautiful flowers! I'm an advocate of helping mom and pop shops and this is definitely one of those places! I came here to buy some flowers for a gf. And it's 5.99 for a small bouquet, 10.99 for medium, and 14.99 for large. They also have random flowers for a variety of costs. They had sunflowers for a $1.50 each. Carnations I believe are 50 cents each. I wanted to buy a bouquet with sunflowers for my gf, but they didn't have any. The person offered to make one for me. It ended up being three sunflowers, and I think three carnations for 5.99. :) very helpful and very friendly. it's in the same plaza as the o'reilley store. Do NOT get your arrangements here!!! My dad placed an order to be delivered for today by 2pm for his and my moms wedding Anniversary. I called them and let them know if no one is here by 2 please leave them on the porch. 2:30 on rolls around and still no one! I called and told them my mom will be leaving by 3:30pm where are they? They said that's the driver did not show and the arrangement would arrive by 3pm. 3:30pm comes and my mom leaves to work. My Dad is pissed off! The lady said "sorry sometimes 2-4pm" NO! We requested 2pm! To top it off there was only 11 roses not 12!!! This place is a fkn joke! Don't waste your money!! Go elsewhere!!!! read more

I dont wanna give this shitty place any stars but by default I have to!!! MIRIAM took my order a month in advance and I paid in FULL on that same day, so on the day of my wedding you would think everything would be set right? WRONG. These mfs didnt know anything about the order and couldn't get a hold of her???!!! Are you efffin serious?! I was LIVID on my wedding day! The dude who was there did his best to help, but the damage was done. The flowers were eventually delivered hours LATE and it was not what we chose. Since the flowers were late our entire schedule was thrown off! The flowers looked great, but the damage was done. Someone definitely needs to get fired for this!!! I placed an order for a school organization & they didn't ask for a deposit which i thought was ok because it's coming from the school account so i didn't question it. when I got there to pick up my order she straight said she didn't make it bc there was no deposit. she let the team down & made the girls look bad. read more

I wanted to give this place five stars because the owner Gabriela was extremely nice when taking my order however, her workers need to get it together. I preordered a corsage & boutonniere​ for my son's prom and Gabriela was helpful suggesting what would be the best choice. I paid, was given a copy of the receipt​ with the order and was supposed to pick it up Saturday, the day of my son's prom. When my son and I get there Saturday, I wait in the car as he goes and picks up his order. He then comes back empty-handed​ to inform me the order isn't complete. I get off to see what is going on and apparently,​ only the corsage was done with no boutonniere. The lady then asks if she was sure I​ had ordered​​ a boutonniere and not just the corsage. I told her it clearly says it's a set on the receipt​ stating both items with precise details of what I wanted. I told her the owner Gabriela had taken my order, which she then called. The sad part is I wasn't the only one there who was having problems with their prom orders, other people were waiting around wondering why their orders weren't complete. Apparently, to what I​ heard the lady telling the owner, Gabriela on the phone was that a worker named MIRIAM​ did a mess with all the orders and didn't complete the work. The lady working wanted me to come back later for the boutonniere but I said I couldn't​, I​ would be busy and specifically put that pickup​ time for that reason. she proceeded​ to make the boutonniere saying she wasn't even good at making them... REALLY? The boutonniere​​r was quickly and poorly made but at the point,​​ i wanted to get out of there. NEVER did she apologize for the inconvenience​. I understand it wasn't her fault and mistakes happen but at least apologize. read more
