Shame on you, Florence nails! I was quoted over the phone for services and came in for a pedi. I watched one of the techs taking care of her client-she was very thorough, and detail-oriented. When my tech came to me, she rushed through it, giving me the worst pedicure that I have ever had. Then she OVER CHARGED ME-really?! I still tipped 15% which came out to 30% gratuity after she took me for an extra $5.00. What a joke-CACA! If you're going to rob your clients at least have the decency to provide the service that they are paying for. read more

My nails have never looked better!!! They were all so very sweet and caring about the quality of what they are doing!!

They completly messed up my nails and charged me 75$ for nails that didn't go to my cuticle , that weren't filed down , that were thick and didn't even clean off nail polish around nor did they take off the excess glue . I don't usually leave reviews but Jen was so wonderful !!!! I had a Basic manicure but I had the Hot stone pedicure. Before Jen started I asked for an extra 10 minutes massage on my feet and that set the tone for her to take her time. I felt so pampered and so relaxed... I read a couple of the previous reviews and that almost prevented me from coming to this spa . Please remember these are spa employees / aestheticians . They are not medical they do not ask what your medical conditions are that is your responsibility to share that information and maybe that aesthetician might suggest a treatment that would be appropriate for you. So if you have any medical conditions like poor circulation or neuropathy where you would not know if your legs are burning then I would suggest you not have the hot stone pedicure . Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Nails were thick, expensive and looked a week grown out. It's took over 2 hours for 2 full sets (2 techs working/only my 2 girls getting their nails done.) I could go on and on. Message me if you want pictures. read more

I love this place, The shop very clean, people very friendly and take time on my pedicure.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I can't recommend them. Pammy did an excellent pedicure, but the language barrier (no one present spoke English) made it difficult to communicate what I wanted. The main reason I cannot recommend them is this message I got from my credit card company: "We're letting you know your card may have been part of a compromise at an undisclosed merchant. This doesn't mean that fraud has or will occur on your account and as always, you are not liable for fraudulent transactions when reported promptly. However, as a precaution, we're issuing you a new card which will arrive soon." Florence Nails and Spa was the only transaction I had used my card on in over a month. :( read more

This salon has the absolute worst service that I have ever experienced I was waiting outside before they had opened at 9 I was the first person there and she was late. when I got inside she told me to come back at 1 because God knows what reason but she had no problem taking the older white woman who needed the same job done that I needed done I am a mixed African American. This place is absolutely terrible and I would suggest you going a few miles up the road to the salon by Safeway and having actual Professional Service done. Sadly the only Services they offer that they do well is eyebrow waxing everything else is mediocre and half-assed. read more

I am so happy that we have this local business in our community. Not only are they less expensive than anywhere else within 100 miles (or very competitive to other salons in nearby small towns), but you can usually just walk in and get an appointment without calling ahead! Now, I wouldn't frequent a business as often as I do just because they were less expensive, I mean we do have to go to the "big city" often enough I could easily choose any other salon. It's the service I receive when I do go here. I don't go every month like I wish, but when I do, they remember me, my daughters or whomever I was with. They are always kind, and very helpful. If on the rare occasion you can't be seen within a few minutes of your arrival, they will usually give you a wait time, so you can go shop, or get a bite to eat or a drink, and be back just in time. There's a nice cafe next door, and a coffee shop across the street with comfy chairs! Their nail tech's are all very talented as well. You can pick from the many designs they have displayed, or bring in a picture of a design and they will usually be able to do it! Also, their prices are clearly marked so you know what your bill will be. No surprises. read more

i would not recommend coming here, i asked to get my eyebrows done and to get them shaped and she completely took majority of my right eyebrow off and it was so thin, i looked absolutely insane!! i have barely any of my left eyebrow, this is not at all what i had asked for. read more

That was the fastest and worst pedi I have ever had. She did not take her time, rushed through everything and when I asked her to remove the excess polish from my skin that slopped over and clip off a portion of the nail that she missed, she ignored me and continued to work on another client. I will not return there. Other places give a good pedi with care and take their time for the same price. read more
