I got the lavish pedicure which stated it came with a 7 minute massage, I saw the man set the timer for 5 minutes then took a phone call in the middle of my 5 and then stopped massaging before the timer went off that's my favorite part bro! 2. The worst nail experience I think I've ever had. Short version: botched nails, incompetent tech, stole money. Check in process was very complicated, had to repeat what I wanted about 3+ times. Except for one younger girl, it's a very hostile environment and no one was friendly to us. They also sat my friend and I on opposite ends of the salon even though there were open spots and techs, and we booked together. Was not offered a beverage. Guy doing my nails (Albert I believe) was not helpful when asking recommendations, and just stared at me blankly. I don't believe he spoke English which is whatever unless you're trying to tell him what you want. I asked if he could make my nail less square, and he made it more square. I asked for rounder edges and he made my entire nail shape round instead of just the corners. He also took all of the length off my nails, and I think he over buffed and filed them. The shaping was NOT even and all crooked and wonky. The dips aren't lined, everyone dips their nails into the same containers which is gross especially when you consider the fact he cut me really deep. I was so scared I'd get an infection. Botched my nails. The dip was opaque in some places. When I got back into my vehicle I started to cry with how much I hated my nails. The only ONLY good thing I can say was they weren't bubble nails from thick dip. Also he stole money from my friend who had an appointment as well, and charged her for a service she didn't book and didn't receive after she left. After she left they added an additional charge to her card. Owner stopped responding to her messages about getting her money back. SHADY SHADY SHADY. read more

Wendy, Diane, and Cindy are amazing. Today was my second visit and they remembered me even though it had over a month. It made me feel special and welcome. My first full set lasted 5 1/2 weeks. No broken nails, still looking great, I have never had that. I was truly impressed. Absolutely love 9091! I feel as though it's a hidden gem salon that definitely deserves more love. Had an appointment at 1:30. I was held up in traffic because the road was blocked due to an accident. They called me at 1:34 and asked if I was still coming. I told the receptionist the situation,offered to reschedule, and they said to still come in and drive safe. I specifically offered to reschedule and they said no. I arrived at 1:43. Upon sitting down the person that did my nails started berating me about being late and said three times I should have called. She was very angry that I was late and made that clear. I asked her if she wanted me to leave- This was very awkward and extremely uncomfortable. I called back and spoke with the receptionist and she verified all of the above.
